My elements 8 color picker does not work

When I choose a color with the color on Photoshop Elements 8 selector and I click OK, no matter what color I pick up grey watch. What's wrong??

    In the painting, my "fill with color" tool (the pouring paint can) does not work. I click on the box, I click on a different color, the icon changes to the can, but when I click on a space as say an empty circle, it doesn't do anything. Right click, nothing, left click, nothing.

    I noticed that the only thing he is able to do is to change a solid color that I did (as a solid black rectangle) in a different color, but only once. If I rectangle black color green, I can't change it to any other color after. I don't know what is happening.

    I am not edit a photo or anything btw, I start a new painting from scratch file. I'm trying just to circles of color and enclosed spaces. I've done this dozens of times with no problems. I tried restarting the computer and paint without effect.

    I am trying to add a background color to a page.

    But the background color does not appear.

    What I do is add, using for example rose:

    the style section.

    Your code is wrong. The semicolon must come immediately at the end of the
    rule; the curly brackets must be the last thing in the code for each
    selector. So:

    Body {background-color: pink ;}}

    If it still does not... certain colors based on word work well in CSS...
    I don't know if 'rose' is one of them (red, black and white are all certainly
    safe, but I don't have a list in front of me at the moment)

    It would be better to find the HTML code of the desired color and use it
    instead.

    For example body {background-color: #dec4c5 ;}}

  • New color cartridge does not work

    I have a longer printer hp psc 1210 and never had any problems until recently.  I ran more ink color and black print just for a few months, but now that I finally bought several cartridges color it does not print colors and I get an error message saying that the tri color cartridge is not compatible.  I checked and this brand is compatible with my printer, I tried to take the cartridges out and put them back in and unplug the printer.  I tried to clean the electrical contacts, and always the color will not print.  I even bought another another brand color cartridge and tried and still no luck! What can I do else?

    I understand that you get an error of ink cartridge rejection. I would like to look at this document here the addresses of ink cartridge for your printer errors. It will show you how to remove and inspect the cartridges with the printer disconnected. It will also show you how to clean the cartridges and the printer falls. Since you mentioned that you cleaned the contacts on the cartridges. compare the methods you employee against the instructions and make sure to follow with the falls of the printer in order to ensure that all the build-up has been removed from cleaner. I hope this helps.

  • DW CS3 Mac picker does not work

    My pipette will pick up color outside the swatch group.

    If I click on a CSS (say 'footer') class in the CSS panel, then click on the pencil icon to edit the properties, then click the color swatch for "Background color", I get a color swatch Panel and a pipette.     Oh for crying out loud the top and hard - I feel like such a fool! :)

    It worked like a charm.

    I used Dreamweaver since MX, which is a number of years, and I regularly used the Eyedropper to grab colors from anywhere.

    Maybe what confused me, but not only, I switched from a PC to a Mac, I had a desktop to a MacBook Pro, so I use a trackpad instead of a mouse. Maybe the awkwardness (I'm still not used to it) drag on a trackpad, while holding the button (one and only, on a Mac) this key not 'feel' like what I had done before.

    Just to be more precise. What I did is, I have a page on load before the process of the header, where I compare the lengths of some of the elements of the page, and then set a page_item with the lpad value and then use it in the select sql when filling out the element.

    This will work only if the values are displayed using a monospaced font, which is rarely the case in the web today (and ever default in the APEX). Most of the time ' 0 'is wider than 1', W is more broad that 'i's and spaces are somewhere between the two. By using this method with a proportional font, these differences in pixel will simply never become more fussy.

    We'll see this for real, with none of the usual simplification...
