  Why the "games for Windows Marketplace" will not be launched?   OK, finally solved.

  I uninstalled what is called "Windows Live ID Sign - in Assistant", as well as the usual games of .NET, MS for Windows - LIVE and games for Windows Marketplace Client, then ran a registry cleaner (I used CCleaner, which is free) and restarted.

  I then reinstalled GWL from MS. site

  I am also having the same problem, but most of my games do not work solitaire, Minesweeper, guy of gravity. Shark dashboard still works but I ran if these steps as you said but still does not.

  I use the Catalyst driver for my ATI graphics card.

  I turned off "morphological filtering" in the game 3d application settings.

  Only files that have changed, it is a "delta".  Files that have not changed are ignored because there is no reason to download this data.

  So, I recently backed up my 2012 macbook pro on an external hard drive using time machine and wiped the computer. The hard drive shows that my old hard drive was saved (there ~ used 400GB the 1 TB), however when I try to open my photo library, it tells me that files cannot be saved?   You cannot open a Time Machine backup of the library directly. You must first restore somewhere.
