  A backup includes not pictures. He doesn't understand what is in your film album, which has been restored.

  I guess that all other images have not yet been synchronized from your computer, or downloaded from iCloud photo library, depending on the method that you use.

  I always got WiFi printers in my house and never had to deal with this problem personally, but the following CNET article seems to answer this question:

  My printer is a HP OfficeJet 7500 E910, which allows me to print from any wireless device and my printer is plugged only the power source.

  Also, I did not read the entire article carefully, but I would venture to say that if you have a cable to connect your printer to your wireless router, it should appear as a network printer. If your iPhone is connected to the same wireless network as the router is mounted, you should have this success. It would still be printing wireless from your iPhone, but just a different configuration.

  Check the settings of your devices to the settings > Photos & camera > iCloud photo library > do you both value library optimized? If NOT, this is your answer. If YES, then the size of the local library is adjusted based how much space you have, if you change or display more than full resolution images on a device, than another, on what device the photos were taken, etc.

  SUSE, you can use it while connected and in this way when you unplug to get somewhere, you know you will have a fully updated beautiful upgraded battery.

  Just don't leave it plugged constantly all the time — weeks or months.  A battery lithium needs periodically some running through it.  But certainly leave it plugged during the day of the company while using it, or even just for long calls will do no harm.

  Battery life is determined by the cycles, so if this reduces the rate of your phone through equivalent full charge and discharge cycles it can not hurt self-help (depending on how you use it, it cannot help battery life much either, but it probably won't hurt it).

  I am glad that you are making progress. With all the Firefox test gets I was optimistic, such a problem could not escaped, and that the problem is more likely to be on your own computer.

  Perhaps one of the main reasons is that the Apple ID, I used on my iPhone is different from the AppleID that I use on my MacBook Pro.

  But when I went to add that Apple ID for my 'family' I get the message that the 2nd "" Apple ID is already part of the family.

  You need to get them on the same Apple ID choose one registered with the family and change it on the computer or device that has different ID.

  I have "Cellular data" off at anytime and use wifi when available. I also have all my apps toggled off for data. Automatic downloads are at large, and in "iTunes & App Store," use data cell is also disabled also. " At the suggestion of Apple telephone support, I have upgraded to iOS 9.2.1.

  I was away from wifi and wanted to send two emails. I turned on "Cellular data", switched to "Mail" and sent emails. I also downloaded a dozen emails. I then turned off Mail and cellular data. It was used for about 30 seconds, and the use of cellular data for the current year has increased to 4 MB. The emails were not attached-heavy piece.

  Is there something that could be using the data that I'm not aware of, or it could be a problem in the phone?

  4MB is a negligible amount of data.
