    The following steps can help (check after each):

    • On your iPhone, go to settings > privacy > location Services:
      • Check that the location service is activated (setting up);

    Claes has pretty much nailed. You will do well to spend time to learn how Lightroom works. He is not like most software that you've used before, and if you don't understand what it does and how it does, you stand a good chance of losing your images.

    Try googling 'Lightroom tutorials' or 'get started in Lightroom. It's not rocket science, but it's different.

    There is no easy way since the only organizer knows what is indexed in the catalog.

    You can use the backup / restore process to move your library to a new drive or a master folder. Only the files in the catalog will be there. You can remove all media files from the original location via the Explorer / Finder. This will take care of duplicates and missing files catalog.

    Another way would be to work from selected records.

    You run the process of "import" of a given folder. If there are new or old files not those registered, they will be added to the catalog, others, already in the catalog will be ignored.     I'm going to assume that your iPhone 4 no is not in warranty, otherwise you'd be on the Apple Store, right?  I also assume that you are not interested to pay the service battery $ 79 or $ 199 iPhone 4 warranty exchange for a device that is worth less than $100 (U.S. prices)

    So so let's solve the problems.
    When was the last time it works well?

    An iPhone 4 is old enough, and if it has been inactive for a while, then it is possible to lose load under the level at which it is able to charge the battery.  The battery has a logic board little teeny buried in the packaging of the battery that dictates the charging process.  There is really no energy, the battery doesn't have enough juice to be able to tell itself to charge when the charger is connected.

    It probably will be the FP control show its label as well.  Then go to the FP control, right-click and go to Visible > labels and uncheck the box.
