  We have published a 19.0.1 hotfix that resolves this problem in discussion on this topic. Please apply the patch to your creative cloud application. • iMac continues to be frozen as claimed by other users

  I saw that many users have the same problem with my friends, the computer crashes randomly and the only thing that works is the arrow on the pointer on the screen, but I'm not able to do nothing to restart the system. In the past, it was a victim, for a few weeks, that often, at least two or three times a day.

  Here is the report of being in the hope that someone could help... In the meantime, I'll remove the adware found and to check some files. I delete some startup items that seem to be obsolete for this OS.

If left alone and updated OS X is extremely secure and will work well for years.

  Finally, I noticed that you have installed a WD software you no doubt to some WD JEP. It is not only pointless too, it tends to cause problems. So uninstall that too.

• Photoshop CS6 continues to plant

  I installed photoshop CS6 extended on my brand new mac pro early 2013 book and it worked without any problem until Thursday, September 4, 2014. While working on a photoshop illustration quit unexpectedly. A huge binary explanation is included in the message to quit smoking. Having received the order to go on the forum so I advise initially by Adobe uninstalled photoshop and reinstalled. Following still advises I then removed the preference folder as well as the section of library adobe brushes folder. I also removed the illustion that I worked. I am at a loss to know what to do next as the problem continued. Can someone help me please? as it became very frustrating.

  You have not installed updates CS6 - go install the updates of Photoshop.

• Firefox continues to plant until I can load.

  Firefox is slow and crashing frequently in recent weeks. I've updated to the latest version about a week or two back. Today, Firefox does not load anything without crashing. I tried to type "subject: crash" but it goes right to the "No answer" as soon as I click on the address bar.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  • Click the menu button

    

    click Help

    

    then select restart with disabled modules.

  If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
  • On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
    (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)

  When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

  

  If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. • Lightroom continues to plant - I tried EVERYTHING

  I am So.  Frustrated.  I have pictures that are due tonight and I did in the first round of editing in Lightroom (CC 2015).  I'm going to export to Photoshop, and there's not a photoshop.  So I had to reinstall that, and there was also an update for Lightroom... in order to be the good little consumer of Adobe, I installed that too.  Well, now it won't start.  I start and the message "we're sorry, this program has encountered an error.  So I sign out and back in.  Several times.  No luck.  I have change the name of file as described in the help on an Adobe page.  NO luck.  So I uninstall and reinstall.  Like three times.  No luck.

  I need, somehow, export the photos that I started in lightroom in Photoshop.

  Can anyone help please?

  I run Windows 7, Lightroom CC 2015 and what is the last CC of Photoshop (because, you know, I installed today).

  And I apologize if I seem terse.  I spent more than THREE HOURS of fighting with it today, and I'm not a happy camper.

• New iMac with El Capitan gel

  I bought a new iMac 21.5 3 months ago, with an upgrade to 16 GB of RAM.  Within the first week, he started to run slowly and kept freezing.  It got worse as the weeks went by.  I got to my local Apple store where a diagnostic equipment is made, no defect found.  The Genius Bar offers a complete re-installation of software, which has been done.  The iMac continues occasionally to run slowly when on the Internet with Safari (it is better to use Firefox) and freeze until almost every day, the only way to make it work again is to turn it off and on again, by using the power button.  For the record - I have not downloaded any software Mac cleaning or similar, or any other software/applications that have been suggested elsewhere that can cause this problem.

  Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?  After 20 years of using Mac, I'm about to take this iMac back for a full refund, after losing confidence in this particular product.  I have to say that all my previous iMac has worked flawlessly.

  I am convinced that el Capitan is the problem.

• Why change location iMac?

  The location of my iMac continues to change. window periodically pops up telling me to change location. I have u-verse, but a friend uses Verision and has the same problem.  Apple support team tells me that it is a refreshment with my router problelm. The fact that this happens to others, surely not everyone has a defective router. Can anyone help?

• Tine Capsule loses the connection to iMac on El Capitan

  So I thought to myself - allows to change Windows XP for IMac OS - X and I liked the theory behind Time Capsule.  So in Dec 15 bought the new iMac with El-Capitan installed - very nice - steep to overcome - but very nice learning curve.  In January 2016, I bought the capsule and time the iMac continues to lose track of it and the backup fails.

  I read a lot of posts on this problem with earlier versions of Mac OS x, but none with El Capitan.  I tried many suggestions.  I'm willing to stick to this, but concluded that Apple have big network problems - is there any known firm resolution that I missed

  If I unplug power of TC and plug it again TC restarts and fix the link and he stays for a while, but when the iMac system sleeps it seems to lose track of the TC.  The TC continues to work as a hub WiFi in bridge in the whole mode, although the link of TC - Mac itself is ethernet.

  I have the network as [router ISP-> switch-> TC-> IMac].  I have a PC, NAS, hooked to the switch and the printer off the TC - all (other than the iMac/TC) connections continue to work all the time (even the printer connected through the CT.

  Suggestions for things to try would be useful, but nobody knows if Apple are working on it?

  Apple tries to do new things via DNS and she has so far trained more than problems solved...   So, I would recommend that you try this method.

  I found I can now exchange the main router with a degree of immunity, as I reconfigure the DHCP and IP LAN on it to match my setup of origin... it's not hard... but it may take some time to wrap your mind around it.

  In fact right now I use a secondary antibody Airport extreme as a WAP browser on the primary... again to help people having to abandon the questions... and I have so far after that many days are perfectly stable.

  If you can do it... change the domain in the main router at the local level

  Maybe it's nothing or it could be something else, such as lan. So in fact, all your names are the. But if the main router uses a field other than mess a few things... • Integration of YouTube continues to crash the application.

  From yesterday, I was (I see others on the forum as well) the difficulties of integration of Youtube videos to Muse. I'm going to walk me through what I tried and what the results have been:

  1. in the past I would open the widget library, click on Youtube, drag it on the screen and continue to fill in the details this method has crashed to the app.

  4. I contacted the support who had me try from the dialog box run, typed "%AppData%, a click on the Adobe folder and changed the folder Adobe Muse CC Adobe Muse CC_old. They then asked me to open a new site in Muse and try to embed the video. This method has crashed the app.
  
  5. support had me then disable all antivirus programs and firewalls. They then asked me to open a new site in Muse and try to embed the video. This method has crashed the app.

  
  

  Support and then asked me to create a new connection to the administrator on the computer. I didn't take this step, so I'm hoping to find a better solution. If anyone knows a solution please let me how this problem is growing very frustrating.

  A little more background. December 28 Adobe Flash Player update to resolve a security bug. Microsoft has eliminated an update about 30 December included in this update of Flash Player. Unfortunately, the update of Flash Player presents a bug for applications that use the browser technology Windows OS within their applications, such as the Muse preview feature and creating view Muse design of an image of the post to YouTube videos (and other HTML includes). This bug is the cause of this accident. Adobe Flash Player update to fix this bug on January 1. (see the Flash Player release notes for details Release Notes |) Flash Player® AIR® 20 20>.) It is now up to Microsoft to get a new Windows Update, which includes this update of Flash Player. I hope that this will happen in the coming days.

• AirPlay always loses connection after 1 minute of game

  I have an iMac running 10.11.6 on a wireless network to an AirPort Extreme running version 7.7.7 and two AirPort Express (both on the new firmware, 7.6.7) (most recent) expresses it are used only for listening to music in stereo amplifiers, one who plays on the patio, the other a living room to bathroom.

  I had this setup for a period of two years and have had no problems with the streaming until maybe a month or two before.

  Now, when I listen to the music of the iMac or express, they fine stream for about a minute, then the orange towers of AirPlay symbol indicating that the connection to the Express and playback stops on the Express.  The iMac continues to play music without problem.  I have the same problem with the loss of the connection on two breaks (usually played separately), so makes me think that there is a problem with the iMac or its software. I suspect that iTunes (12.4.3.1, updated) or something that he uses in the background so that the focus in network AirPlay work.  The iMac is only a wall 10-15 feet of a and express, is not a question of signal strength.  All locations are unchanged for years.

  Based on the description of your problem, I guess that it is iTunes more than your iMac.

  For broadcast airplay, iTunes does most of the work.

  • iTunes decompresses the audio (AAC, MP3, etc) and create what is essentially a raw, uncompressed audio stream.
  • This stream is compressed using Lossless Compression (Apple's ALAC) via a codec QuickTime, encrypted with 128-bit hep1 then then listened (airplay) to the AirPort Express (AX) Terminal.

  The other thing that happens in the background for AirPlay is that there are a number of communications between the host of iTunes and the AXE needs to happen so that everything works.

  • The AX must broadcast on the network it is available as a customer AirPlay.
  • The server of airtime (in this case, iTunes) must:
    • Set up a connection secured to the AXE.
    • Test this link periodically to see if it is still active, and
    • Do the actual broadcast.

  Thus, if the problem is only with streaming, then above one of which is does not or does not correctly. However, if the problem is with the global connectivity, not only for streaming, then there may be a network problem instead.

• Safari freezes for vertical scrolling

  OSX Safari 9.1.2 10.11.6. iMac is often planted so that pages web vertical scrolling (often on Facebook or Yahoo). Must restart to recover. Is there a way to clean cookie or other files that could contribute to this event?

  It is not a cookie issue, but rather an extension incompatible or third Safari causing plug-in Safari crashing.
