  The auto save feature prevents changes to PDF since be lost after an unexpected interruption.

  Open the file to which you were changes. When you are prompted, click Yes to open the automatically saved files.

  If auto-save is turned off, then restart of the Preferences dialog box.

  Open Edit > Preferences > Documents and check "automatically save document changes to temporary file every XX minutes" and specify minutes for how often you want to save changes to the PDF files.

  If this feature has been disabled, so it is not possible to recover lost in the PDF file changes.

That worked well, but was a bit pointless as the JPG served as only a temporary preview until the RAW was loaded in behind her.   Vista will not display description of the file on mouse over. When I mouse over, a pop-up window displays showing: file name, Type, size and Date of change, however, it does not show the description of the file.

  So, for example if I have 5 files on different types of screw - the description tells me that the size of the screws. IE. 1.5 mm or 1. 8 mm.

  Update: try to get the description of the file displayed messing around in the file properties, now out of 10 records, only 2 includes the name of the file in the mice on the pop-up window. So now what lack us, it's the file name and the Description file.
