  There are two different versions of Flash. ActiveX for IE version and the version of the Plugin for other browsers. Have you installed the correct version? This forum software is not thing that Flash is installed for Firefox or the Plugin is disabled.

  1. download the file of configuration Flash from here:

  Save it to your desktop.

  2. close Firefox using file > exit
  
  Then check the Task Manager > processes tab to make sure that firefox.exe is closed.

  2. you have any anti-virus installed on the computer program?

  3. do you receive any error messages?

  Since it has been designed to work with Vista, XP & 2000, it may not work in Windows 7 due to incompatibility problem. Therefore, I suggest you to visit the Web site of the manufacturer of the hard drive and download the driver available for the latest operating system.

  If the driver is not available for Windows 7, download the compatible driver for the previous version of Windows and I install it in compatibility mode.

  a. do the driver installation file right click and select Properties and then tap or click on the compatibility tab.

  b. check in the run this program in compatibility mode for: box.

  c. press or click the menu drop down and select a previous operating system, and then tap or click OK.

  d. try to install the driver and verify.

  There is no such thing as disabling Lightroom 5.7. Just uninstall the software.

  Looks like you have installed 6 Lightroom on two of your computers (including the MacBook Air). In this case, you must find and launch Lightroom 6 (not Lightroom 5.7 or any other version of Lightroom 5) on the MacBook Air and then in the menu help, select logout.

• Flash Player seems to settle down, but will not work

  I use version 11.7.700.169, using IE 9 AFP and running Windows 7.  I have 2 other PCs, and both deliver the program very well.  So far, I have tried many things to solve problems with no luck.

  -Uninstall complete, using the Adobe uninstaller program.  I deleted the folders and content and, close and tried to reinstall.

  -J' deleted the registry entry and also tried assigning zero value located at the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX Compatibility\ {D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000}. 

  -J' use Norton 360 and attempted an install with all services stopped (anti-virus, anti-Spam, protect Auto, etc.)

  -J' checked filtering ActiveX is not checked in IE.

  -Active X and the options of script in Internet Explorer > tools > Internet Options are enabled and the selections on both PCs in mirror work.

  -J' tried to uninstall and reinstall an earlier version of AFP with no luck.

  -Shockwave Flash Object Addon is enabled.

  Screenshot is included to show what is happening on the screen to redirect after that I installed AFP.

  I am running out of ideas and would appreciate any help on this.

  I am a little disappointed by the forums - no responses.  I am happy to share, I found the problem and I share the solution in case others have the same problem.  The interesting thing is the setting that I've changed, it's different on the two computers to work.  In IE9, go to tools > Internet Options > advanced and the first graphics acceleration checkbox... check it out.  Restart IE and voila, it's fixed.  The other two PCs that I use have this box unchecked and AFP works fine... weird.

• So simple but does not work! Error # 1009

  Doing my first (very simple) interactive chart and am confused as to what could go wrong.

  I have four buttons running from left to right. In the initial screen on the test I can navigate to the second, third and fourth positions on the timeline, but I can't go back. If I select the third button I can move on to the fourth place, but can't go back to 1 or 2. If I test and immediately click the fourth button I can't navigate anywhere.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Yes, this could be a way for you to solve this problem.  If your buttons exist permanently along the timeline without interruption of new instances of them, then they will all work when called.

  If you who continue and don't want the buttons to appear in their frames of destination, then you can set the visible property to false and keep the replacement images you already have in place... just to keep them on another layer.  You need to just reset their visible property when you move elsewhere.  The best way to do that is to create a reset function that you call in the destination of all executives just before the line where you set the invisible framework... button meaning first set visible property all the buttons for real, then select that you don't want showing on the right wrong after that.

  Another way, you might be able to get out is to have your functions defined in the first frame of a layer of actionscript that extends along the timeline and have it contain the functions of event handler for the button.  In this way, that the functions are available for the length of the timeline.  The part that needs special attention is you set the headphones of events for the buttons in the keyframes you have along the timeline.  So if interrupt you a button along the timeline with a stand-in image, then all instances of this button in the timeline panel need to have the event be given listener

• Windows activation - new hard drive and reinstalled Windows, but will not work with the product key

  My hard drive died so I put a new in and installed Windows on a drive, but when I have just activated and put my product key does not work. In fact, I get this day by putting in and then it says character not aloud.

  Please can someone help? All I've done is put a new hard drive in but guess that Windows detects that the product key has been used on the old, which explains why it won't work on the new. What should I do to activate the key?

• Script simple stop will not work - sometimes...

  So I have a couple of flash banner that I do, they are of different sizes of exactly the same thing. I used this script to stop the animation inside a clip called main_ufo on the main timeline:

  This works on one of the amounts, but won't work on another size. I checked and double checked the publication settings (both are set to Player 6, actionscript 2.0), made sure all movie clips have been appointed properly, and at the time of writing, and I went in every single movie clip if there is no conflict inside them sure scripts. Still nothing. I even copied the video ufo directly from the banner of work and stuck in the banner of non-working and replaced in the library. I tried to change the _root. to this.
  I'm out of ideas. It works on my banner 120 x 600 and does not work on the 728 x 90.
  If I had hair I would officially be out. Open to all ideas/suggestions at all.

  The problem was that I try to run the SDK/bin folder command line package manager and using full path of the directory for files SWF and xml of th.

  As a result, there is a similar directory structure in the folder of the air in the BAR.

  I did that because I couldn't have the classpath working to run Packager outside the bin folder.

  I got it finally work when I realized it was WAY not the CLASSPATH that needed to be added.

  In short... the app worked, but it didn't load the swf file because he was in a series of subfolders in the BAR.
