  My host is HP workstation xw4200. CPU is 3.4 GHz. No other applications on that host.

  It is also one of the reasons why we encourage people to drop EM Database Console and switch to EM Grid Control. The burden is then on another server.

  I have a new Setup and creation is fighting a lot with images of GH4 4 k and 2 k XAVC-I FS7 footage.

  C100 footage was fine.

  
  With GH4 images:

  Working in my calendar is nice and smooth, but the rendering is the problem.

  Indication of time: 4 k images GH4, 6 point min, color corrected with filmconvert, takes about 35 minutes to return to 7 Mbps bitrate up to 1080 p CPU running at 100% all the time. (slightly overclocked to 3.8, on normal settings there the same problems)
  CUDA enabled GPU load is 0% during rendering.

  
  Fs7 images;
  Timeline is a fight, even with the read speed of 1/4. rendering seems to be good at 1080 p, GPU load takes 30% on it.

  Hope you guys can give me an indication on whether or not this system must manage images 4 k / 2 k smoothly.

  When not overclocked, this power supply is OK. The CPU will not be held back. However, overclocking is free and gives a nice performance improvement, all have 32 GB of memory and added another SSD. These three steps will help improve performance. Is another free system setting.

  I do use AMD processors myself, but is it the right value to enter for your particular processor?  I thought that AMD processor names do not necessarily reflect the true values of MHz...  According to this web site ( http://products.amd.com/en-us/DesktopCPUResult.aspx ), a Athlon x 64 Dual Core 4400 + 2200 MHz to 2300 MHz works.   You might want to try using 2200000 or 2300000 in your file config.ini rather to see if that helps?

  The answer to your query may be contradictory. Technically a core i7 machine with more memory should work better than a core i3 with less memory, as mentioned by Monika. It also depends on the age of the machine, as you mentioned your laptop is old, there may be some hardware problems or software on it.

  I suggest you to go for a machine with at least 8 GB of RAM and possibly core i7 processor for intensive work in artificial intelligence.

  Short answer is no :-(the 2020 is a productivity machine and not really for any mid-tier to high-end games high.  In terms of all-in-one the ONLY thing that I should have looked at is the 27th of XPS and you need to get is more than 2 k.  If its in return period of Best Buy I would do it.
