My plan renewed creative cloud without Adobe let me know first and the cost also increased by $100.

I knew that my plan creative cloud would renew by the end of the year, but I had no recall or anything from Adobe. This resulted in a deduction beyond what I have in my bank account, which is a huge problem for me. This was compounded by the fact that creative cloud costs almost $ 200 more that I had paid last year, and I think I was on an education plan (see below).

In addition, I don't see an option to change my plan on my page of Management Plan. Is it possible that I can switch from my annual plan to a monthly plan please?

It would be great if someone could please advise on this issue. I am a student and finances are difficult as it is.

Since you have a prepaid CC, so unfortunately the plan can not be changed. Please cancel the CC & re buy a monthly CC.

Contact Adobe support for the repayment of the remaining of the year, price (you must mention that you will buy)
