My speakers have a delay in them, nobody knows how to solve this problem?

I have a 2004 with Windows XP Dell desk top and everytime I use the microphone, the speakers have a delay of the time, my voice goes into micro and coming out of the computer.  No one knows what it is and how I can fix this problem?  Thank you.

Hello Stefan,

Looks like it's maybe by design that the computer has deal with the entry of the microphone, which could be the cause of the delay.
Have you tried to contact Dell about this issue? It seems to be more related to the hardware on the computer rather than Windows.
