  Unless you fully active 'find my Mac' BEFORE that your mac has been stolen, it can't do anything for you now. It is not active, and there is no way to make it active after the fact.

  When you say that you have "written to you people ', I have to imagine say you you wrote to Apple.   Here, we have no way to help you find a lost phone.   It is a technical body of the user for the user.

  And of course, Apple cannot find lost phones.   They provide facilities for you to implement "Find my phone", but if you haven't taken advantage of this I'm afraid can't do anything.   I hope that you have reported to the police, especially if you have coverage with private insurance.

  My iphone was stolen in my work and I had reported stolen from Sprint and had my phone deleted everything and wiped. A month later, I had recovered my phone once more to my work. I had already used the insurance and paid for a new phone. I would like to re activate the old original phone instead of use the refurbished phone, that I was sent. I tried to change the SIM card, but I'm not sure that Sprint uses SIM cards as other carriers because it only allowed me to pass through you connecting to itunes and stopped me when I tried to update my last back place to icloud.

  If someone have some tips on how to reactivate my old iphone and complete the restore process. I have a feeling I'm going to need to either connect with sprint or Apple to have this "flag" stolen phone.

  Go to iCloud.com, then settings and see if your device is listed there as lost.  If so, go ahead and remove it for your account.  Then contact Sprint and let them know that you want to use the phone otherwise it won't enable this are a CDMA network and use a radio that is not dependent on the sim card.  The sim card is still required for the activation process that it is used for international options.

  You are welcome

  If the CD/DVD drive in the works of PC Gateway, you can (at least temporarily) remove it and install it in the HP, you can run your recovery disc and reinstall Vista.  Once everything is running on the HP, you can always remove the CD/DVD drive and reinstall it in the gateway PC if you wish.
