I bought a 3.05.2016 subscription

  • Billing has failed three times, account cancelled

    I had a problem with my CC that took a week to resolve, in this time the automatic billing has failed three times and I got e-mail telling me that my account was automatically cancelled.

    The problem has been resolved and I cound't find how to reactivate my account, so I ordered again.

  • Moving the local folder to gmail IMAP messages generates the error "current order has failed."

    I'm trying to migrate all my email from Thunderbird to my Google Mail account. I have my old email into local folders, and I have my Google email account set up successfully as an IMAP account. I'm dragging E-mail folders under local folders to folders in the title of the IMAP account.

    1 turn off email scanning in your anti-virus product against struggle.
    2. create an exception in your anti virus for Thunderbird profile folder.

    Please send your account settings to correct information in the Help menu. I guess that Verizon finally extinguished some inherited settings that have not been updated, which is the usual cause anyway. Or your anti virus is having a spasm, but lets try easy things first.

    I reinstalled Windows 7 to factory settings and added all fixes Windows 7 etc with no luck to solve the problem.

    I agree with the user above. If you have already reinstalled Windows 7 back to factory settings and installed the update to the newest BIOS, it seems to be a malfunction of the equipment. In this case, you need professional help from an authorized service provider:

    OK, so yesterday my wireless mouse is broken, I restart my computer to get it to work again. When I did, it has not fixed my problem, so I went online to see some solutions. When I turned it back on, it went straight to the verification of the startup disk. And it gives me the message: no boot disk was detected or the startup disk has failed.     How old is the drive?  You can think to replace the hd in the case of the external drive.  It is usually a fairly simple process.  Remove the drive encloser to understand what type of connection of the disk is used.
