  Just for the follow-up of this: I have sent comments, and they responded in 20 minutes with:

  It depends on what account you are trying to access.  If you have a live.com account, and then configure you for live.com.  If you have a talktalk account, you need to configure for talktalk.  Check the Web sites for each and make sure that you have the appropriate under Tools | Accounts | Mail | Real estate in OE.  Each e-mail account has its own settings depending on the provider.  Beware also of the antivirus software which can spoil things in OE (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).

  I guess that you exported of Aegisub specified again and saved as .txt. It's a .txt that you import into Encore.

  What is in the file? Can you post a few lines?
