Today morning when I opened my samsung mini, it displays a message that another computer is running on the same network with the same ip address please find a solution for this

In most home networks where multiple devices are connected to a router, router will assign an IP address to each device (via DHCP). This method keeps usually different devices to get the same IP address, but if you restart your router, it will not address remembered that he released before it was restarted.  This condition can also occur if you manually assigned an IP address to a device located in the router's DHCP range.  If the problem is not due to manually assign an IP address, then this condition will be corrected over time.  But if you're in a hurry, you can unplug your router from the wall and stop all computing devices on it.  Then plug the router back in and bring up all your devices again one by one.

    If they have access to your PC, they can install any number of malicious programs. My recommendation is to do a clean reinstall of Windows - it's the only way to be sure that your system is clean.

    If you have them paid by credit card, tell your card provider immediately what has happenend.

    All the data on your computer (passwords, credit card numbers, numbers of account documents, etc.) may have been compromised (they may not know now). According to the companies concerned (for example your bank) what happened.

    Use another PC to change passwords.

    Consider telling your local police.

    Download Process Monitor: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx to see and follow what is currently running on a period of time (which is more difficult to analyse, but maybe the story).

    If those who do not help (but they certainly must), try a clean boot (Vista and W7) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135. If the problem goes away then it's just a matter of tracking down the culprit at the origin of the problem. Follow the procedures described in the article. Once found, remove, delete, disable or uninstall. Once don't forget to reset your system back to the normal state, as described in the procedures. If the problem occurs in clean mode then just restore the system to normal and reboot - this solution will not work.     Method 1:
    You can get a new IP address from your computer. You will need to do if you encounter connection problems.

    a. Click Start. Type cmd in the search box and press ENTER.

    b. at the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:
    ipconfig/all (there is a space between ipconfig and /)
    The command ipconfig/all command displays for all your network adapters, TCP/IP in Windows settings.

    c. enough at the command prompt ipconfig and press ENTER. This frees up your current IP address.

    d. ipconfig / renew in command prompt and press ENTER.

    The DHCP configuration for all adapters is renewed. To renew the IP address for a
    specific adapter, type the name of the map that appears when you type ipconfig at the command prompt.

     

    Method 2:
    If the problem persists and you have not Windows Vista Service Pack installed

The number they gave me is 02921252715 and when I called the number of the person on the other end told me that they are a company called Windows e-solution, independent company and is not attached to Microsoft Windows.  What should I do?  Are these authentic calls and approved by Microsoft Windows?
