  I tried the WinFileCache removal solution, but it was not I guess.

  I think it's because the "return" statement is not in a real function, delimited by braces (wish I had braces when I had my teeth fixed! )

  The return keyword can be used only inside a function. That's why he reports a syntax error.

  If you believe that your syntax is correct and it works the way you expect in your target browsers, you can ignore the warning. But Dreamweaver is sticking to its guns and say "put it in a function or I won't do more than any code hinting or syntax checking.

  It has nothing to do with the WinFileCache-* .dat.

• May not know how make a slide in the show have a link in DW

  Hi - I am changing an existing Web site, that I inherited from a previous developer who's not here.  I'm trying to understand how to add a hyperlink in the cursor, I have inherited from him.  I don't know why it did not it easier to add a link to a slide, because many of them now take you somewhere when you're watching a slide show.

  I'm working on an application where I (among others) want to play audio files from the local file system.

  I added a few mp3 files in my .ipa file.

  With a file browser small in my application I can choose one of them which returns me a file object.

  I then use this File object to a URLRequest to load the sound:

  Any help appreciated.

  Meanwhile, I solved the problem myself: page layout screen sank down, just had to pull up.

• Use windows could not restore because there are errors in the disk OS (C).

  My windows vista system is freezing. (Nothing new installed recently)

  I tried to restore the system to an earlier date, but references to message windows cannot be done because the disk OS (C) contains errors.

  Can I remove these disk errors. or should I just replace the drive and try again (disaster!)

  Your hard drive manufacturer will have a utility bootable disk for verification.

  Alternatively, you can run chkdsk from base; Computor > C: properties > tools > error checking

• W2K3 domain controller becomes not responding like it - no errors in the event log

  So I have a weird problem with one of my domain controllers, it has happened twice now. The machine just becomes unresponsive. I try to RDP to it and it fails, but I CAN PING the server with a response. When I go in the Console, the screen is all green, no connection invites nothing. I need to stop the machine (closed hard) and power it upward. Fortunately, this isn't a DC primary DNS, just a GC, but I can't understand what is the cause. Its really weird because it was working fine for almost a month, and then it began. Anyone have any ideas? Never seen something like that?

  If it has been a success with other virtual and physical domain controllers, I would say you should be fine with this strategy.  Its VSS or suspension of comments that causes the most problems with backups of DC VM guests.

• FCAC's services may not start automatically

  I had to manually start two services < DB_NAME > _RPT, < DB_NAME > _SRV on a RAC. It has been for a while now, because it happened after the interview. Looking for a way to autostart.

     

  All services are already enabled by

  srvctl enable service d < database name > < service > s

  Also checked 

  srvctl config service d < database name > < service > s

  and it does not show "The Service is activated".

  'crsctl enable the crs' and checked

  / etc/Oracle/scls_scr/RAC1/root/crsstart, also shows "enable".

  But services may not start automatically...
