  Have you tried reinstalling the driver for the webcam? The microphone is a part of webcam so try reinstalling the webcam driver and check if it works.

  If you have created a group on BeehiveOnline it is, by default, a distribution list with everyone in it - internal and external.

  Windows 10. So I did some research on a Microsoft support forum and I found this solution:

  • Access the device driver software manager - right click on IDT high definition audio CODEC - updated.
