  Other than that, suggestion of dummergold to make a screenshot of the staves on a clip & comparing to "live" on the other hand, the expanses of Sg is the only solution. In Windows, there is the practice "capture tool" in the Programs/Accessories folder. I put that on my taskbar so I can access them at any time in any program.   I often cut or copy clips on the timeline and want to then paste them inbetween 2 clips to a different place on the timeline.   The 'red' marker is the CTI (current time marker). The best way to get where you want (right at Lacrosse junction between two Clips) is to use the PageUp and PageDn keys. This moves ICT, forward or backward, Clip by Clip-junction. Then, Shift + Ctrl + v (paste) should do what you want. If you want to insert the Clip copied ON the next Clip on the Timeline, not to use the SHIFT key modifier, but that does not sound like your intention.
