• Reactive Navigation bar (alignment)

  I have my first navigation bar responsive on my page and can not find the rule to move the headers of main menu item (parent)? to the left. (I've tried a few things, little assistance, some do not have). I would like to move the tab 'Products' (with others) to the left to align the border blue line. I must also ensure that the screens subcontent same also and not far to the left of the main title/title starting position. (Essentially all the content left text and subcontent text left aligned with the border line (Horiz rule). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Not Notepad.  Plain vanilla is just a basic HTML page with without style sheets in annex other than that you are troubleshooting.  When I looked at your page earlier, I remember seeing about 15 files CSS (some associated with jQuery).

• Reactive navigation bar

  Im trying to make my device friendly website and I'm changing my bar menus spry to a reactive www.responsive-nav.com navigation bar. Have replaced the old menu bar with the new, I'm having some trouble by changing the design of the bar. What I would like is for the menu to run horizontally along the top, currently they are listed vertically. What should I do to change this? Also I don't seem to be able to change the color of the text?

• How can you cange the color of a reactive navigation bar?

  Hi all

  I have a navigation bar tailored set up with dreamweaver startup items, so I have a CSS "bootstrap".

  This CSS won't let me change anything, I know that if I put my personal CSS after the bootstrap css it on will drive it

  But what part is the nav bar... There's so many different parts, and most of them have color... I now see a nav bar by default with the color of the navigation bar.

  Do, I re write in my personal CSS or what I need to do something different?

  So im trying to make this web page (see link below) to evolve and adapt to fit different devices using queries of media in the style sheet, but I'm having some trouble trying to find the best way to display the navigation bar. Ideally, I would like the bar to run horizontally at the top of the page, but I don't know how to make the transition to happen from vertical to horizontal.

• Navigation bar is empty. Customize Firefox page is empty. Any ideas?

  I love Firefox - used it for years.

  Since yesterday, my navigation bar is empty - that is to say, there is no evidence that even if it is enabled.

  And when I go to 'Customize firefox' to restore the default settings, it is just a blank page.

  I uninstalled Firefox and did a new install and that didn't fix it.

  I had everything set up so that from the top down, I got the menu bar, then the navigation bar, then my favorites and the stumbleupon toolbar. Since Firefox itself randomly updated this morning, the navigation bar traded places with my bookmarks and bars to stumble and the Customize menu refuses to save my changes and essentially forcing me to put everything back where it belongs to every time I open Firefox.

  I have not downloaded or installed everything recently and start in safe mode puts them in the right order, but then I've got tabs on top again and generally more problems than it fixed.

  Before the last update, my setup is: Menu bar, bar navigation, toolbar, bookmarks and tabs in that order from top to bottom. I have it configured to display the tabs do not if there is one.   I'm having a similar issue, although mine happens when I start a new page instead of a new tab.   In the previous thread we found not somehow integrated to move the items in toolbar of bookmarks on another bar that worked. See: why 31 FF no longer displays my items in toolbar bookmarks in an another toolbar. Maybe someone can develop a custom style rule or any other hack to make it work.

• How to display the navigation bar in firefox 30

  I downloaded the version 30 this AM there is no navigation bar or the option for one. On the view menu, the navigation bar is not identified. If you go to customize the toolbars to hide has no option to toolbar navigation. I turned on all the display options, but do not get the navigation pane. The only way you can see is by placing the cursor on the lower part of the tab bar. It is truncated with about 2/3 of the width of the page. I want the width of the entire page and I want it to be displayed permanently.   Safe mode starts now shift and launching of FF. Using the alt key did nothing.

  I start in safe mode and the problem was not there. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and it was back again.

  I was unable to follow the instructions for localstore.rdf. I was unable to open the current folder (AKA Firefox profile) settings Firefox by these instructions. The first two were not present and about: support simply takes you to a bunch of links to troubleshooting.

  Then I launched Firefox as a reset and now it looks like and acts properly. I had hoped to avoid a lot of time and a trial / error issues, but it wasn't only doesn't have to be. Thanks for trying to help!

• Why control 'Reload current page' has been moved to the navigation bar 29 Firefox? I wish I could put it where I had it in Firefox 28.

  After completing the download of Firefox 29 I tried to reorganize my buttons\controls to where I used to have them in Firefox 28 and earlier versions. I noticed, in particular, that the 'reload current page' control is no longer available to be located in front of the navigation bar where I got it for years. The reason why I chose Firefox was in the first place because I could customize to my liking. I know that you can just right click and "Recharge" tab or just get used to go all the way (right side) of the bar of navigation but that defeats the purpose entirely for me.

  Here's an analogy; Ford decides that they will replace now current car models to the United States with British standard style vehicles. All cars sold by Ford will now be right steer. While this may seem like a "No biggy" to some, others, especially those of us who are prone to driving manual transmission vehicle, maybe a little resistant to this change. You do not know if I managed to make my point of view or not, but I hope that I did.

  Initially I thought I would start by "is someone fell and hit their head?" or "did Steve Ballmer suddenly support Mozilla, especially the version of Firefox 29, because it feels like a Windows 8 (aka the aroma of a tank full of sewage on a hot day)?"   3. Beside the classical restaurant theme, click on the Options button.
  4. On the main tab, make sure that 'Mobile back-forward button' and 'hide urlbars stop & reload buttons' is checked. You can also check "combine stop & reload buttons. Close the options window when finished.
  5. Right-click on a zone empty of the tab bar and select Customize.
  6. Do slide forward/backward buttons, Stop and reload on the navigation toolbar.
  7. Click the Customize the output at the bottom right button when finished.

  That being said, I must point out that you can reload pages in other ways.

  • Make a right click No matter what tab and choose reload.
  • Right click on a box empty page and choose reload.
  • Press F5.
  • Press Ctrl + R (Mac: command-R).

• Strange signs on the navigation bar

  I love the 20.9.01 new version, but, unfortunately, I now have strange signs that appear above the navigation bar which disappeared at first but are not now. I tried to do a restart several times but nothing works so far. Don't know what to do. I would like to add a screenshot attachment, but it's not like I can do. I hope someone can help.
