Navigation bar problem

Problem of div in IE but Chrome navigation bar is perfect

Looks like the same problem, I got with IE, I fixed it by adding the code to my CSS below: (internet explore adds borders around things and you tell her to not do)

Problem with IE box put white behind the spry navigation bar

IE is also distort menu nav bar boxes in a different random order as well as to a white box behind the spry navigation bar.

All works fine in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

Does anyone know how to solve these problems?

Do you want to say just do a div boxes style line as I want them to look in a row? What method would you use to make the color change and also enable it to have a direct link? In DW I usually use image swap behavior for a change on mouse over.

Problems with the horizontal navigation bar Spry in IE

Considering that the page is perfect (at least all I like) implemented in all other browsers, IE converts the spry horizontal navigation bar in vertical position. Not very practical, and I spent day (really) try to find a solution. Even contacted Microsoft here in Norway, but they are their usual me useful (i.e. not very).

A solution is of course to use a flash homepage and tell visitors to get a decent browser (as in NOT IE), but that might be a little off.

Would be best to find a way around the problem.

Spry menus have integrated many hacks for IE.  When you make radical changes of styles of Spry menus without understanding what it does, it is inevitable that something will break somewhere in the chain.

Because the image is 1000 x 364, it will extend not to a larger size unless you give the instruction to do so.

The best way is to assign the image to a width of 100% and make sure the extra size has not negatively affected the quality of the image.

problem getting my navigation bar to appear across the width

Hi guys,.

having trouble getting my navigation bar manually to stick on the right side of the page so that it extends with the screen. It is striking the 'red line' and I clicked on the icon of the entire width as well.

any advice?

Having some problems with my navigation bar

I'm wanting my navigation bar to be very very simple, entirely white, including the drop downs and flat, I want just text to be black and gray when you go over it. the bits change what?

I also want my text to be centered, I tried just about everything to try to focus. It is centered between left and right but not up and down.

Some boxes are overlapping, would be to do with them then return more correctly, but I'm not sure. I have attached a picture and the css navigation.

To Center a single line of text vertically within an element, you set the attribute to css line-height of the element to the same value as the height of the element.

For example...

Which only works if the text remains on a single line in the element, even if otherwise, your second line will be 50 pixels from the first. To vertically Center multiple lines of text, I use display: table-cell in my css...

Navigation bar is empty. Customize Firefox page is empty. Any ideas?

I love Firefox - used it for years.

Since yesterday, my navigation bar is empty - that is to say, there is no evidence that even if it is enabled.

And when I go to 'Customize firefox' to restore the default settings, it is just a blank page.

I uninstalled Firefox and did a new install and that didn't fix it.

I drove back to v38 and it has not fixed either.

8.1 win with all the updates in place, 64-bit, Firefox v39.0.

Any ideas that I prefer Firefox to Chrome, but it is currently unusable?

Bookmarks appear on the Navigation bar

I had everything set up so that from the top down, I got the menu bar, then the navigation bar, then my favorites and the stumbleupon toolbar. Since Firefox itself randomly updated this morning, the navigation bar traded places with my bookmarks and bars to stumble and the Customize menu refuses to save my changes and essentially forcing me to put everything back where it belongs to every time I open Firefox.

I have not downloaded or installed everything recently and start in safe mode puts them in the right order, but then I've got tabs on top again and generally more problems than it fixed.

After downloading firefox to a new computer and using sync I have more no navigation bar or menu button.

It is on a windows computer to work. It really happened on 2 new computers. Before synchronizing, the navigation bar and the menu button were there. After the sync - Gone! I tried to uninstall firefox and then put it back, but when I reinstall, the problem is already there, and bookmarks in sync automatically reappear on the resettled version.
