  I had to replace my system Windows XP with Windows 7. My Windows XP system is dead. I always use my loyal HP Deskjet 5650 printer. It is connected by USB on my Windows 7 computer. Windows 7 not found drivers and install for my printer. I just went to download the utility software. HP has me use the HP Printer Utility For Windows Wizard. When I clicked on the file, it finds my printer. The printer tests very well, but you can't click Next so it's finished downloading. I wasn't able to install the utility software.   I guess I didn't hear that. I've had my printer for 10 years and it still works. I guess it's time to buy a new. I tried a good all-in-one printer. Unless you want to spend $150.00 or more, you won't find one. I'm not ready to buy a new one. My printer work under Windows 7. I just wanted to see my ink levels.

  I can't install the utility on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit Eco. After loading the files, the installation routine stops and says no "supported BIOS". I use the latest version of the Eco (v1.1.11.64) and BIOS (v1.70) utility.
  Additionally PC Health Monitor does not work too. Setup concludes with '' don't support. ''.

  You have installed all drivers for the laptop again or can you notice any yellow exclamation in Device Manager?

  I checked the Toshiba page and normally this laptop supports the Eco utility.
  Eco Utility works on the factory settings? I mean the version preinstalled Windows or you have only this question on the current version of Windows 7?

  -Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba Bluetooth 8.00.06 (T) Windows 7 64-bit 78,08 MB

  * DVB - T Tuner Driver *.
  The EXE file extracted in the temp folder and goes no further.
  The device driver shows "STK7700D" with an exclamation mark against it. See the image below.

  * Bluetooth Driver *.

  Try to extract the exe from another place, not in the temp folder.
  In my case, I created a folder on a second partition (D) and have extracted the exe file in this folder. Can go to the Device Manager, and then can install the driver through the Device Manager.
  Choose the installation procedure advantage and point to the folder that contains the extracted files.

  With regard to the issue of the BT;

  I can't really help, but I see the same problem :( I tried XP, 2000 and server 2003 installation CD. Either I get the same message you saw, or Installer Blue-screens.

  I've seen it suggested elsewhere to change the SATA in the BIOS from AHCI to compatibility, but that does not help either.

  I have to admit, it's as if the Windows Installer has problems see the hard drive, but I don't know what to do about this. Install a different disk drive, maybe?

  I bought a Tecra 9100 that had been restored to XP SP1 and without good Toshiba utilities that most drivers seemed to be OK - for example screen OK but USB has been 1.1 until I added the Intel Chipset drivers.

  I can't get the WLAN card to work by sliding the switch (close microphone) - also, it does NOT appear in Device Manager. I spotted a post below (which was locked) where Pedro said WiFi hotkey software must be installed to make it work. Two questions:

  1 if the s/w keyboard shortcut IS NOT installed should always be able to mount the light Orange / appear in Device Manager
  2. is there an alternate download site because I tried 20 times in the last 15 hours at: http://support.toshiba-tro.de/tedd-files2/0/cmod-en-20070925121500.zip (for the common modules) and the site just seems to be 'dead' - nothing is received at all
