  Is there a fix out there for a problem loading the driver for CD/DVD Acer Aspire of the laptop drive?  I have the Aspire 5334 with DVD Super Multi DL drive.

  I have a Slimtype DVD A D58A4SH player. He worked for a short time when I got the notebook and then it stopped completely.  There was an exclamation point on the list of devices and when I checked to see if the pilot that it has been updated, he said it was the last updated, etc.  BUT still does not.  I tried to roll back - which did not work.  So I uninstalled the drive completely.  Did a restart and it recognizes the DVD drive and started to install the driver for it.  Says the driver installation failed.  The dvd player is no longer listed in Device Manager.  I tried to go to the download page of support/driver from the Acer website for this brand and the computer model - it does not list DVD drivers at all.   So now I'm confused.  It was a Christmas gift from 2011. So I think that the warranty has expired.  So I'm pretty ticked if I need to replace a failed drive which is just came out barely a month outside the warranty of the year.  Someone out there who has a fix for this problem it will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

  I found a FIX for this problem!  Yay!

  I had an error Code 39 and did a search on the Microsoft Web site.  Here is the link.  I followed the "method 2" and it worked Finally, got my rear DVD player. Phew!

  Okay, so I know that's not a problem of my laptop because all the USB ports work, and I got a new laptop recently. The first I used to try to use the LifeChat too and it would work sometimes (rarely) and tonight was the first time in plugging it in my new it says "install...". "and then again the same problem - it ejects just by itself and now whenever I have it plug in I get notification of dng - dng indicating my laptop it has detected, but the other dn - ND then it is disconnected. I think it has something to do with moving USB cable, but I did NOTHING to the thread so that it is loose. I take good care of this microphone, I put almost resting on a cushion Golden every night, but she ALWAYS does. I can't access it on my computer to diagnose, it does not detect! What'S his problem? BTW, I have two of these MICS and they BOTH did this for me. They have done this since the first time I used them. On my old laptop, they were installed too correctly, so it has nothing to do with it.

  I use a U2312HM to work, but when I plug the USB connector to a USB 3 port on my laptop, the USB 2 ports on the monitor are not recognized. Device Manager shows it as an unknown device and no drivers to install can be found. When I use a tool like slim or driveridentifier drivers it doesn't ID the device but shows not all compatible drivers.
  When I connect the monitor to the only USB 2 port, I have on my laptop that hub is USB monitor comes to life, but I'm already using this USB port for another purpose. Can anyone tell my where I can find the correct drivers?

  Let me start by saying that I am a complete nube. I have a limited knowledge of the terminology and the way that the web works but I'm learning. I have CC, has created a site for a friend and used a typekit fonts. I downloaded the site to my hosting account as a "subdomain" of my website to test and everything seemed to work very well. Once I felt that everything was ready to launch, I went to my account of go daddy friends and did his estate on the site. The site loads very well and all the fonts appear ok except one typekit fonts that I used. When you access the site directly (as a subdomain on my site, example: www.mypersonalsite.com/myfriendssite) I see typekit fonts in all its glory, however when accessing the site of the field pointed no name, no typekit fonts. Very confused. I was under the impression that the two methods to access the site will take you to the same place and yet they net of different results. Any help would be appreciated.

  Web of Typekit fonts are served only for the specified domains to publish on time. You need to specify explicitly field of your friend when the site is published.

  I have the dell studio xps 1645 with windows 7 home premium 64-bit installed on. I have a problem since I format the laptop and reinstalled windows 7 and driver.

  The problem is that with the IDT sound card driver. When I start up the laptop, I couldn't find any noise until then I install the IDT audio driver which is from the website of dell (dell.com.au) under the drivers of dell studio xps 1645 by download. Sounds appears when I installed this driver, but it is not as it should. I mean whenever I do reboot or turn off and then on the laptop, the sound will not come up to what I do reinstall the driver again.   Before troubleshooting, I would like to inform you that the drivers for the model of your system on the Dell Web site are displayed for Windows Vista, by default. So, I recommend you to change the operating system to Windows 7 while choosing for pilots.

  In addition, I would suggest trying the following methods and check if the problem persists.

  Method 1:

  Try running the fixit for audio playback of Windows problems and check if it helps.

  Diagnose and solve the problems of Windows audio playback automatically

  If the problem persists, try the following method.

  Method 2:

  If you have installed Windows 7 drivers from the website and have not properly been able to play the audio, then I suggest you to install the Windows Vista drivers from Dell site in compatibility mode and check for the issue.

  I rebooted then went to cmd.exe as administrator and typed in unregmp2.exe/updateWMPVersion. When I go to enter, it does nothing.
