• question of gotoAndPlay and Stop

  I have a few movieclip buttons that are buried three deep chronologies (I showed two here in the following code).  When the person clicks on one, Flash invokes a switch/case based on the names of button - here's a snippet of the code:

  }

  12 frame has some dynamic text that shows which button was clicked, more trace ("getting here"); to tell me if Flash is actually learning to frame 12.

  The problem is that if I use the stop, dynamic text appears correctly the first time, as well as "get here" and preceding them value for g1.data.clk2.  However, when I click on the button t002, frame 12 get active again.  However, the vlue g1.data.clk2 Gets the output.

  That tells me that the button is workng fine, but if Flash is already on the frame of 12, it will not "Refresh" the framework.

  So I tried gotoAndPlay.  Parts frame 12 (even if 12 contains stop(); the end of it) and continues to executives continue to play until I put in a stop(); framework.  I did it to the frame of 13, and now everything works fine.

  What I was wondering is, how to make it work without having to pass the frame 12?  I want it to stop there, run any code frame 12 and do again if one of the buttons is pushed.

  One way would be to make frame 11 destination gotoAndPlay() with the stop() in frame 12.

  Another possible solution would be to test governing this chronology is currently in and if it's not under 12, use your Stop, and if it is already in the frame 12, have a function in the frame 12 that you can call.  If you put some code in frame 12 in a function, you can make a call to this function in frame 12 the gotoAndStop() will result in the function running, just as the alternative of the distant child call will be when he feels he is already in the frame 12.

  I'm not 100% sure, but the latest and all the latest Toshiba laptops models have SATA hard drives. To be honest you I really understood why t HDD upgrade. A100 is a newer model with really sufficient HARD drive capacity. Compare with the other laptop models and you will see 120 GB is more than enough. Upgrade of RAM is always good.

  In any case the decision is yours and you can do what you want. Upgrade memory should not be problem because the coverage of memory is in the lower corner. Sorry, but I can't tell you where is the HARD disc, but the fact is that, probably, keyboard must be removed.

  I recommend you contact your local dealer and clarify this point with him. Upgrade memory should not be a problem but to upgrade the HARD drive, it is necessary to disassemble the camera (not all), and it definitely the warranty valid.

  Hello. It seems to have misplaced my pc recovery disc and I recently found the discs 1 and 2 (dvd). I forgot how many DVDs have been used when creating recovery disc. Can someone tell the number of recovery disks created using DVD for this particular model? As I said, I didn't find that 2 recovery discs and I don't remember really there's only 2 dvds.

  Also, I'm upgrading from Windows Vista to Windows 7 (Enterprise) and I intend to do a custom installation, including reformatting my pc. I currently have 3 partitions: drive C, the recovery partition and a partition for my documents. I was wondering what I would do when I'm updating because I'm worried that this will greatly affect my computer if I lose the recovery partition when I reformat my computer. You have an idea how I could copy the recovery partition on any other device as a drive so that I don't lose it when I upgrade to Windows 7? Note that this will be my first time change my OS by myself.

  Lose the recovery partition is not as big a deal as determining if the recovery DVD set is over. Usually the recovery partition does not work after changing the OS anyway for most people just delete it during the installation of new.

  Some systems take only 2 while others take 3 so no way to determine if your are done without having to start with them to see if they do a complete installation. Copy of the recovery partition rarely ever works. best is to test recovery set before moving to the new operating system. Save your documents on external hard drive before launching the recovery discs!

• HP Pavilion x 360: back issues of sleep and stop; MEI driver moved

  I have upgraded to Windows 10 last summer and, like many people, I had sleep and close issues.   Open Device Manager, expand the 'System devices' section, and then find "Intel Management Engine interface", double click it and go to the driver tab, and then click on "roll back driver" button, it will come back to the previous driver.

  You can do most any device in the device manager driver.

  If roll back driver button is gray, then there is no older driver to restore.

  This "symaddln" occurs especially if you had Norton installed anti-virus software.
   
  I suggest you follow the steps below and check if the problem persists.

  If you are sure that none of the programs are obviously open, you can try the following steps:
  Press Windows key + r, Type regedit and pres enter. If UAC prompts, click Yes. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-> expand System-> expand CurrentControlSet-> click on command (exapnd no do this). When you click (or select) control, you can see WaitToKillServiceTimeout. Double-click it to change the value. Set the value to 500 or less than that. Click Ok, and then close the registry editor. Now, restart the PC. If the problem persists, stop and try again and check.
  Be careful with registry access as incorrect values or remove the unknown keys can prevent Windows to start and it will fix it.
  Response if the issue is not resolved.

  I went the same route. I started to want to learn web design and the Muse is an excellent tool. The code it generates, however, not to use it in Dreamweaver. This could be done, I think this isn't worth it, even for a real Geek. Once you get to Muse you will find there are things missing, stuff, you want to do, but are just tough in Muse or you can buy a widget. It is possible in DW and you get which through subscription, so it makes sense. Me what I know now, I'll go directly to DW to learn, except if you want results right now. If you don't want something to cause I stay with Muse and maybe learn to animate CC to add some pizazz to the site. If you only want a simple layout and a couple supporting stick with Muse pages if you want a larger site use DW.   There is no uninstall for Mac Reader program. You can directly delete the application from the Applications folder, which is just trash/Applications/Adobe Reader.app.

  Then you can download Adobe reader from here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
