• Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard - harvesters taken supported files in Acrobat question

  I have a problem with 1 installation of Acrobat 9 Standard that has a problem with the function 'combine files supported in Acrobat. He worked until a few weeks ago and I've tried everything I can think of to fix it with no luck (ensure up to date version, repair installation, uninstall reinstall, uninstall with own tool proposed for acrobat/reader install & reinstall...)

  Basically what is happening, is that any word/excel file it is trying to convert then mix, it terminates the process to convert then hangs at 100% for this file and does nothing else.

  This is a feature that this guy uses at least once a week and becomes a real problem with it does not work.

  I prefer not no need to the only other thing I can think offhand (new Hare drive / reformatted the hard drive) & would appreciate all comments and suggestions

  I'm sorry but as Acrobat 8 standard is quite an old version, you not certainly would be able to download as the download link for old versions do not exist.

  Adobe stops at the previous version of Acrobat for sale that there is soon a new version on the market.

I called and spoke with a representative was rude and short with me (because I didn't know where to find my serial key because the software has been installed years ago). So, I spoke with an agent via the web and he directed me to a website for Acrobat 8 professional. (Can I use it?) Then he told me too bad go on the forums. He finds. WTF? I want to just my software I paid for. Does anyone at this company can give me a link to download the software?
