  ->, It is possible to change the registry from a command prompt, but it is neither simple nor recommended. BTW - the last we saw of DOS Windows accompanied me, 16 years ago. There is no BACK in Windows 7.

  You must press F8 to boot the machine into Windows Repair Mode, and then use the system restore to restore Windows to a point before you did what you did.

The videos look good at their current size (they are big screen BTW... or some strange mixture between the scale and the standard). I would have preferred that they play more small, gets blown and pixelled to death. But I need to edit the video (cuts, toppings, color correction, etc.).

  Personally, I have no experience in using authoring software, but one of my friends use this program and it is not bad.
  I use Nero for editing and creation of film... Nero burning rom supports plug-ins extra which are really useful.

  If you have a spare PSU, you can try exchanging it instead of the original.  If you have a spare video card, even a few old (especially some former) PCI worthless, that you can install to see if you get any screen output.  Note that you need to maybe use the CMOS clear jumper or remove the battery for 10 minutes, while the power supply is disconnected after adding a video card, or by deleting and trying to use the video again.

  I don't know if the specifications of the two Councils are quite similar, you should look at the datasheet for your system and compare that against what ebay sellers asking them is capable of.   Generally if you have a processor socket 775 lines they list and your using the same chipset, you should be able to simply plug in the parts and windows must be able to start pretty far to plug-and-play all the minor differences.  This is the situation in which I expected, you can buy the replacement cards model you mentioned and it works perfectly except possibly having to install a driver or two, but I can't be sure without detailed specifications.  They are very close to the info, I have found, might even be just a 2nd revision of the same Council of PCChips where everything what they changed was a clock IC generator or something similar that would not do your use in any way, except that to be sure, you have the good bios when looking on the HP site for the models with this Council in there instead of the bios for your system model #.   Hi, I just bought BBC Get Active in French.  I live in France and I have Windows 8.1.  Video on this CD does not work, or not the speech, and he tells me that the program is incompatible.   Hello again, just to make it count that I finally solved myself the problem by reinstalling QuickTime 6 in version 7, but I think the problem was to DO NOT to install it via the program itself, but to install itself as a separate installation, I think I read this somewhere in the course of my research, but at this point I could not remember which way I had installed it.  Hope this will help someone else in the future.
