  I have copy of CS5 on the old laptop and really need to do on my newer computer operating system windows, but the purchased disk was originally lost.  Help please I have improved my cameras and they are not supported in CS3 and I don't want to bother with the DNG Converter.  Looking at the details of loading originally in 2010 I have only 20 digits of the serial number that I need to finish loading on the new computer from 24.

  If your software is still running on your old machine, you can try to save it now. See if there is an Option in the Help menu. If it works, you don't need to know your serial number to get the software registered, but your number will subsequently indicate in your adobe account.

• Bought printed CS5 but lost disk. Is there a way to download?

  I bought CS5 about three years ago and installed on our main computer. This laptop was stolen recently. We have replaced the computer, but I can't put my hands on the disk to install it on the new computer. I have my proof of purchase and the serial number. Anyone know if the program can be downloaded or replaced (without having to pay a lot of money)?

• My download of Adobe Creative Suite CS5 rejects my valid serial key. What should I do?

  I have a key to legitimate series for Creative Suite CS5. Because once I've lost my CD Adobe sent me a download link to download the suite which worked then, but now I have a new laptop that does not have a CD-rom drive, so I tried to re-download these links. Now, I get the message that my serial key is not valid. I've been in contact with the customer and they checked my serial key is valid, and then I was sent to the forum to ask how to continue.
