NetBook - electrical connections of Rome

We will travel to Europe (Rome) and I would like to take my Mini 311. Can someone advise me as to what the electrical connections, I need in Rome?

Plug converters, converters of voltage necessary recommendations etc.

Thank you

The laptop itself will be 110 to 240 so it could be sold anywhere in the world, the AC adapter will work and the supply voltage, you'll need is a travel adapter to the plug you have now so it will be embedded in the wall in Italy, any store electric as Radioshack etc carry those.

You can get the packs that cover several countries

Have a good trip

  • Desktop connects to the local wifi only, when the netbook to connect to internet

Hello. My netbook and phone connect to wireless internet, no problem with my wifi network. And until recently my desktop computer connected ok too, using a usb adapter. However, I now have a problem. my pc connects to the wireless network, but only locally. Can anyone help please? There must be a setting that I or someone has changed?

    Hello

You did changes to the computer before the show?

Method 1: I suggest you temporarily disable the antivirus software or firewall and check if it helps:

    Disable the anti-virus software

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/disable-antivirus-software

    Enable or disable Windows Firewall

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off

Warning: turn off Windows Firewall/antivirus can make your computer (and your network, if you have one) more vulnerable to damage caused by worms or hackers.

Method 2: reset the default router and check if this solves the problem:

Next to the electric power plug, there is a pinhole reset button. Remove all the cables from your router except the power cord. Press reset button with a PIN for 10 seconds. Wait 10 seconds then unplug the router. Router will be at default values, reinstall using the software that came with the router. You may need to reinstall the software of NIC as well. Then write your password on a piece of tape and stick it to your router.

Method 3: Try the steps in the link and see if it helps:

    Network connection problems

  • Can't connect CD-ROM (portege 3440CT)

I want to reinstall my laptop but I can't do it without this CD I have download the boot disk to EagleTec web BACK but still do not work.

    Hello

    When you go to
http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com - Support & Download - Download Driver you might find for your Portege 3440 (W98SE) a companion disk.

This disc is also a startup disk and is responsible for the detection of external CD ROM

Another suggestion is to go about this:

  • Bad electrical connection on monitor

I don't know why the HP case manager chased it. This is a brand new, out of the box today, monitor. I checked and the warranty.

    Product number: B3A19AA, W2371d monitor

Assemble the monitor and the power cord has no contact with the housing in the back. All you have to do is hit the monitor a little and you lose all electric power until you start jiggling the connection.

I have tried a different power cord, checked the electric connoction on the wall and reset to the default factoy. Not good. Yet intermittent. I want this monitor replaced and only breaststroke by the Support Manager chased it.

It's for my University where I work because IT supports. I've been a customer of HP for over 14 years and have never had a case dismissed with the exception of accidental typo of a serial number or something like that.

Put the hand on the dealer and they issued an RMA number

  • Find all VMS with connected CD-ROM

    Guys,

I want to generate a report that will find any VM who have all attached CD-ROM devices.  I created the following script

    Get - VM | where {$_.} ConnectionState - eq 'True'} | Select name. Export-Csv "C:\HealthCheck\SJDC\SJDC-ConnetedCD.csv" - NoTypeInformation

It generates the CSV straight but its always empty.  I was certainly one of my VM had an ISO mounted and tried the script once again, the same result.  Anyone know where I am going wrong?

    Thank you.

missing a setting in there, try it below:

    Get - vm | where {$_ |} Get-CDDrive. where {$_.} ConnectionState.Connected - eq "true"}} | SELECT name. Export-Csv "C:\HealthCheck\SJDC\SJDC-ConnetedCD.csv" - NoTypeInformation

  • HP Photosmart 7525 loses the electric connection

My new HP Photosmart 7525 disconnected from its power source, after that it has not been used for several hours.  It is not only put into hibernation, and the pressing power does not turn it on again.  To turn it on, the only way is to unplug it and plug it in again.  This cannot be normal.  Is there a setting that I missed?

Let me know how it goes.

  • Connect host CD-ROM to VM on HP BL460

    Hi all!

I have a problem with the CD-ROM to VM on BL460 host connection. I connect CD-ROM to the ESX host, select type of device on VM to ' Host Device/dev/scd0 ", put in ' connection to turn ' and 'Connected' on"State of the device"but CD does not connected t LMOs. I checked the settings of the virtual computer again and find unmarked classified "connected". I put again, click OK, but once again nothing! I have connected to ESX, verified the CD-ROM - all ok, all necessary lynks exists, I was able to mount the CD.

What is the problem with the connection machine host virtual device and why the field 'connected' reset?

Problem exists for any virtual computer.

    ESX 4.0.0 164009

OK, so now add your cérom as scsi pass through as we will not follow MS :) and it should work, but you can not start your VM through this cd, if you so use iso

  • DVD stopped reading CD and CD-ROM

I am running XP SP3 with a DVD LG (HL-DT-ST DVD RAM GSA-H55N).  He has recently stopped reading CD and CD-ROM.  She still plays DVDs OK.

I tried to uninstall the drivers and running the Fixit solution as suggested in other threads, but at the end of this, when I put a CD, the Fixit still says "media in the drive is not readable.  If I put a DVD, he's quite happy to tell me that the media is readable and that the problem be resolved.
I'm not brave enough to venture into regedit territory without a lot of hand-holding.
Any ideas on what I can do?
    Thank you
    David

CD/DVD drives use a different laser to read CD instead of DVD.  Because you can play and use DVD would indicate that there is nothing wrong with the Windows interface, drivers or the electrical connection of your disc drive.  The likely candidate here is that the Laser for the CD reading is defective.  You can check this by installing the drive in another computer.

  • NB100 with Vista Restart with a Wi - Fi connection on

Hello all, my girlfriend has recently received a Toshiba NB100, I got a copy of Windows Vista and installed on the netbook. I know, Vista is heavy and so forth, but I must say that it works perfectly and, once the BONE is adapted to not be greedy, to speed more than decent resources.

There is a problem though, when the netbook is connected via wi - fi to our router, sometimes it suddenly reboots. It shows no BSOD or freezing applications, it just reboot. It is not related only to activation or deactivation of a Wi - fi: we had a WiFi enabled, connected via Bluetooth/UMTS to the net, and it worked well without having to restart for a week. When a WiFi connection is turned on and connected to the router it sometimes restart. It is quite strange, does anyone have a suggestion?

    Thanks and greetings

    Paolo

    Hello

I don't know if this will help, but please enter the BIOS settings and check the entries in the advanced settings. On most laptops you'll find the Wake-up option on wireless LAN. Make sure that this option is disabled.

  • NB305-105 connects to a public WLAN

    Hello

Like many others my netbook * not connect to wireless sites * and I do not understand why.
And what is strange, is that I have a good connection at home or any places as long as I get a key number, but as soon as I want to connect to a wifi free/public (airport, parks,...), it will not work.

The computer detects the signal, it says connected but there is no access to the internet. I ran several times a diagnosis but no result.

Would you know what is the problem? I postponed the issue until now, but she makes me crazy.

    Windows 7 Starter Edition
    Service Pack 1
Intel Atom 450 CPU 1.66 GHz 1.67 GHz
    1 GB OF RAM
    32-bit
    Atheros AR9285 wireless network adapter

    Thank you!

If you are able to use the WiFi at home?
Can connect you to the internet using your WLan router?

You can test the WiFi using an open WiFi connection.
Don t set the encryption (WEP, WPA, etc.). Disable MAC filtering and be sure that your wireless network card uses the same standard as LAN wireless (802.11 A, B or G)

  • connect the power supply to the doors

    Hello

I don't use logic (74HC and other HCT... CMOS) gates that often, but when I use it connects not always the same pattern and provision.

When put doors on my diagram, there is no visible electrical connection, so I can not connect myself.

for example, I have a Council with two parts divided by optocouplers, allows appeal an entry and part of the output.

The input part has its own power supply 5V, and the fact the part output.

When I place a HC138 on the entrance and the other on the output, how to hit their supplies (in a simple way)?

    Johan

Right click on any door, the properties, the pines, you see the VCC and GND in the layouts of the cell, click the cell and type the name of net as + 5V or whether your power nets are there.  It will then connect them as you wish.  Its a bad system, but it works.  There should be a door of indicated power, but for some reason, OR don't come this way and it is very annoying and in the land of PCB, can be a vital mistake if care is not taken to this 'small' detail.  Kind regards

  • How to connect my potentiometer (3 connections: wine, Vout & amp; common) to USB-6008

Hi looking for help connect my knobs to my DAQ USB-6008. Essentially got some linear and chain of pots that will be connected to the fitting of the parts to give a linear movement of DC output voltage. Got DAQ USB-6008 DC output read and display in LABview.

The pots have 3 electrical connections:

    1 input voltage

    2. output voltage

    3 common

Entry and common connections are connected to my power supply DC leaving a single output voltage wire.

1 should I connect DAQ in premium or CSR mode?

    2. as I have only a single output connection (as input and common are atttached to food) what can I connect to GND mode CSR (or the terminal for the differential mode - ve)? Can he remain unconnected?

    3. do I need to connect anything to the output of data acquisition channels? or data acquisition will read my entries and display them in LABVIEW?

Excellent. Thanks for your reply. Think about it, as I have many pots to connect up to this unique DAQ so if I use the DAQ outputs to power pots, then I would be limited to two pots on the DAQ specification?

If I use the other method and hang the pot common and input for external power supply-/ + terminal and the hook to the top of the pot then you suggest also, I need to pin 1 ground output to the AI1 on data acquisition. What is all the Earth? What do you suggest as a land? If I go down this road then allow me up to 8 pots on this data acquisition? (And I guess each other the GNDs would also need to be connected to each other input used?)
