  Please use the Forum for answers.

  Ensure that the external display is enabled. You may need to press the FN (function) button and another button, usually a number key to enable it. To enable it in Windows, go to start, Control Panel, appearance and personalization, personalization, display settings then click on the second screen and turn it on.

  If it is a recent change, you can do a system restore to where he worked. To do a system restore, go to start, all programs, accessories, System Tools, open system restore and choose a date when the external screen worked.

• Is it a blue virus - spooldr.sys screen when connected to the cellular modem

  I'm getting "blue screens of death" from time to time when using a cellular modem. Usually using the tool indicates that it was unable to identify the problem of Microsoft error report. However, I get sometimes pointed out that the problem was caused by spooldr.sys. I use Norton 360 and it has never identified the problem, and nor does the safety scanner Microsoft Download. As far as I can tell that this file is not on my computer.

  Other forums indicate that it is a bogus system, sometimes placed by a Trojan, file but I'm very hesitant to download non-Microsoft software that supposedly removes Trojans without knowing the reliablity of the third party software provider.

  I have a situation on my hands if I try to connect to my office using the client to view I can connect but when I click to start all I get is a black sceren.  If I can access the external url of my security server, I can connect and my desktop appears.  If anyone has experienced this? any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  Sorry, but who said that buffer volume should appear? This regulator will appear only if you click on the symbol for small volume placed in the taskbar.
  Move volume control button nothing will be shown, just the little icon will change and show one, two or three small lines according to the level of the volume.

  Usually, when we see problems during shutdown, the cause is something that loads at startup.

  You have a single hard drive? If so, how much is spread over it? If only a C: partition, how big is it and how much space you have?

  Deleting files (unless the hard drive is almost completely filled) won't help your performance. After the back if you need advice.
