Properties on my records show that about 25 GB, but when I check the properties on the disk C it says I have 103 GB. Are these files was hiding all? and how do I know if I can delete them or when they are?

My computer is running out of disk space, and I want to delete some files, so the computer longer smooth but I can not find about 80 GB which is supposed to be on my computer.

Very likely. This includes your Hibernate file, if there is one, your pagefile, and (I think) the Restore Points.

You have a single hard drive? If so, how much is spread over it? If only a C: partition, how big is it and how much space you have?

Deleting files (unless the hard drive is almost completely filled) won't help your performance. After the back if you need advice.
