  A few versions back (maybe mozilla 30?), the newtab page to view 9 thumbnails on my netbook 10 ". However, with recent updates, which was reduced to only 3. I know a netbook has a screen size much smaller than most of the computers and having more than 3 thumbnails (9 for example), could make for really small thumbnails on the newtab page, but I really didn't mind at the time where this was the case. If there is a way for the future updates of mozilla to always accommodate users of netbooks that would be much appreciated.

  Hi, you need to zoom out to increase the number of thumbnails. Or you could try the New Tools tab add-on, which has a variety of customization possibilities. Hope that helps.

  My PC OS is Windows 7 Professional. My Netbook OS is Windows 7 Starter. I use my Netbook only when traveling and therefore do not want to synchronize it with my PC. Using the question %adddata%\Mozilla\Firefox\profiles on my PC, I found that the bookmarks on my PC are in C:\Users\WalterSeaton\Appdata\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\dq7osm85.default. Research produces the same location of file on my Netbook, except that the last section is \r05b5pau.default. Can I copy my favorites from the PC to my Netbook by 1. Copy C:\Users\... \dq7osm85.default
  on an external hard drive. 2. change its name in C:\Users\... \r05b5pau.default; 3 3 coller paste from the external hard drive to my Netbook, replace the existing file?

  Or is there another way which does not seem to be covered by the responses of 'help '.

• NetBook Toshiba NB505 - reading Film HD

  I have a Toshiba NB505 Netbook and I think I do something wrong, or our netbook isn't in it. While trying to play HD/BR movies on our off netbook a file on VLC media player, it plays all nervous and pixelated. Simply very bad as you can't see what is displayed on the film. Is there a graphics option I need to change in VLC or something? I like to watch movies here at least.

  A few days ago I BD rip of my brother. I want to watch using VLC player, but I noticed the same thing. I was quite frustrated and angry because VLC is my favorite player, but I tested it with Windows media player and I was surprised that everything was OK.

• Enjoyed the time on Ubuntu Netbook Remix OS

  The time of reading, that I got with the system was great. Delays were expected with it being a SATA device and no flash. But everything was good and quickly loaded applications. The home router connection was simple and easy to follow. I wasn't expecting to be able to use this "remix" so quickly and achieve internet access with an email client, shortly behind.

  Thanks for sharing your experience with this new Netbook and the installed operating system.

• NetBook NB100: Black screen after Toshiba leading innovation

  It occurs something strange with my N-100 Netbook.

  It has always worked perfectly, but today, when I try to initiate, it appears on-screen typical 'Innovation leader Toshiba', but then the screen goes black, and do not appear "windows". I hear a sort of high-pitched noise inside your computer.

  I'm not exactly good computers and I tried pressing F2 and look at the different options, but none of them was not like the solution, and I'm afraid I can ruin my computer (I mean, even more) with my computer ignorance.

  Did someone knows what can happen? I'm completely hopeless!
