  As you know, Netflix began to crack down on people who use proxy or VPN servers to access Netflix content that is meant to be seen in countries other than their own. I'm not accusing you of doing, but Netflix thinks you are.

  It happened always or just started happening recently? So recently, have you made changes to the network?

  I assume you are using an Apple AirPort base station that has been designed to operate in your country. Is this correct? If Yes, then the only thing at this point, I can think is to perform a 'factory' reset on your airport base station again and reconfigure your network see if this helps solve the problem. Otherwise, I would suggest that you contact support from Netflix directly to find out how you can get this resolved.

  Silverlight 4 does not work anymore and I have to use Silverlight 3.  After a while, I get a N8152 error of DRM.  The solution is to uninstall Silverlight and download Silverlight 3.  I did * netflix.com a trusted site.  What should I do?

• Download App Smartphones blackBerry Movela Netflix problem

  I just changed a Curve 8330 for a Tour 9630 on Verizon. When I re-uploaded the Movela Netflix on App World app, it was installed successfully, however, a second then tried to download. Then, the new download is blocked to 0kbs downloaded. I can only pause and it is impossible to cancel. Thus, he is stuck in my My App World downloads. I proceeded to remove the installed copy by using the Applications menu in advanced options, thinking that the 2nd copy would be if the first did not exist. He has not done that and is still stuck. In addition, I can't try to download another copy to have on my phone. Can you please help me remedy this situation?

  Situation is resolved.  Just had to uninstall and reinstall App World.

  Yes, you must reset the TV to factory default settings. The error message "Sorry, permission to view this content has expired." indicates that a data corruption error has occurred. Follow the steps below to reset the TV to factory default settings.

  I seem to have more than one application that can not find an internet connection on my K1. Netflix is the biggest offender. (I'm not going to assume the problem with the game IceAge I just download for kids I have is connected immediately, but also, it seems not to be able to find a connection to update himself.)

  The last update (10/17) works. Don't forget to uninstall the current version, enable and disable on your tablet, install the Netflix app from Google play and you should be able to enjoy the shows.

• Silverlight DRM n8156-6003 error trying to look at Netflix

  My details:
  Windows 7 Ultimate w / recent updates
  Silverlight version 5.1.10411.0

  When I try to view content through Netflix, I get an error n8156-6003 DRM. I tried every "fix" I can find via Google searches and nothing has worked. I tried:
  Uninstall/Re-installing Silverlight
  Returning to earlier versions of Silverlight
  Connected and 'Run as administrator' in IE, Firefox and Chrome
  Tried in Media Center
  Toggle all relevant parameters in the Silverlight configuration console.
  Deleted file mspr.hds
  Www.Netflix.com added to trusted sites

  For those who have solved the problem by using everything above - that's fine. However, there are a large number of people who are still struggling with this seemingly intractable situation and, it seems, neither Netflix nor Microsoft are doing something to fix - other than to blame the other for the problem that does nothing to fix!

  I am able to run Netflix problems MB XP on the same computer.

  I had the same problems with Win 7 Pro SP1 64 bit all updates and IE11 with Silverlight 5.1

  Tried everything without success.  Support MS wants to charge me for a support package Premium fix their broken SW because Windows 7 is now an 'old' operating system.  I refused.

  Netflix works in chrome, but I won't use chrome, and Netflix is not an option to use Flash Player as does Amazon Video.

  All that said, earlier, I encountered the same problem and it was resolved by finding Silverlight in the start menu shortcut, do a right-click on the properties, and then on the tab compatibility, check run with administrator privileges. I hope that this will help this go round.

  Microsoft says my video driver customer service must be updated and that I had to go so the manufacturer (Dell). I can't

  implement this driver in programs and features at all.  I don't know what made everything a video driver. It only concerns the functioning of

  (some) games?

  Thanks for your reply. I tried to uninstall the games, but the Turn Off function did not cooperate.

  I had the problem, however. An outfit with whom I unfortunately chose to do it remotely

  maintenance, but who are if anything more incompetent than the people of Dell installed on my machine one

  program called "Assistant pilot."  Now, it turns out I had two issues which has the same effect on Netflix and 5 of 8 games, i.e. the image limited to 2/3 of the screen and exploitation of black and white only. The Netflix problem solved when Microsoft Csr Serv me sent suggestions on what to do, which was to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Silverlight and use the Fix It program if there were problems. Now the outfit I mentioned tried time and time again to uninstall Silverlight without success. It appears that they knew no more difficulty I did. Silverlight was the problem here, because they felt properly.

  The problem of games persisted. Microsoft Csr Serv now told me she looked like my update video driver required and suggested I have call the manufacturer, Dell. God forbid!    I know little about computers. they know less. Then I shortened myself of this pilot, a wizard who bethought

  appears on my menu. I ran the program and it came with 20 + drivers requiring an update. One was a NVIDIA driver and I was vaguely aware that they probably had something to do with it.

  Consider using it to try to solve what was obviously a video problem! Yikes!

  Microsoft stands out as the good guys here. I had spent hours on the phone with Netflix (very useful, but it wasn't their problem) and this other suit. Microsoft pointed me in the right direction without fees.

• All of a sudden I can't log into the site Web of Netflix with Firefox 14.01. I have no problem with Safari or Chrome (both are up to date).

  The only other recent change has been updated Adobe Flash yesterday. Everything is updated. I can use other browsers to get in my Netflix queue, but I prefer not. This has just begun.   All internet connections are beautiful and all devices will work perfectly, except Netflix.

  Since April 27, 2016, the service is unstable and gives me a lot of headaches. The TI guys when there to check, and there is no problem at all.   When you try to add a movie to my Netflix queue, I get the following message: we're sorry, an error has occurred while processing your request. "I called Netflix, they can add it manually in my queue. I edited the blocker to exclude from Netflix, but still does not work.

  You are probably under HTTPS everywhere addon. Go to the options for this addon and put a red X next to Netflix. The problem stops.

• Problems of Netflix on my Toshiba TV

  OK, so.

  When I watch netflix on my smart TV, I watch for an hour or two and then it crashes.
  I try to reload but then it crashes again, in this case PLAY MID.

  So I turn my tv market... to reconnect to the internet again - but then when I load my TV up to the homepage - my brightness goes down, then when I load netflix and select what I want to watch it gets 50% load a movie and freezes.

  It's so weird because I know my netflix is going to ruin when the brightness falls... the only way to solve this problem is to reset my TV I hate doing cause it takes forever and it's so boring!

  Another way to fix anyone know?

  Looking at the back of your TV, there is a label where the model name is printed on. W/o model name, no one will be able to help you...
