Silverlight/Netflix problem

Silverlight 4 does not work anymore and I have to use Silverlight 3.  After a while, I get a N8152 error of DRM.  The solution is to uninstall Silverlight and download Silverlight 3.  I did * netflix.com a trusted site.  What should I do?

  • Windows install silverlight netflix failure

A couple of days my Netflix started running slow and sound was intermittent.  That evening, I noticed that You Tube not work indicating that I had to load Adobe Flash player.  I did, and You tube came back fine.  Late in the evening, I went with Netflix and they recommended that I reload Silverlight after uninstalling it.  I tried to uninstall it, but couldn't so I tried to reinstall it and a message says that it was already installed.  I started a complete analysis with Microsoft Security essentials and went to bed.  Security Essentials has not finished scanning.  The next morning I wake to a frozen desktop.  I could not start Security Essentials and I can not install or uninstall anything.  I can't drag or copy and paste files to get away from this laptop.  Tried safe mode and did a restore to ten days earlier.  That seems to be going OK but it doesn't really have anything fixed.  Still can not drag, drop or copy - paste or send anywhere.  I really need to get my safe files so I can reload Windows or fix it somehow.  Also the Internet Explore has disconnected and not start or connect in any way to the DSL Modem.  I got this laptop to a friends house and wireless not connect either.  Any ideas?

    Hello

    1. do you get an error message trying to copy and paste any file or just trying to open the browser?
    2. were you able to copy and paste files without any problem in safe mode?

Step 1: If you are able to copy and paste files without any problem in safe mode then try to perform the clean boot on the computer.

Put your boot system helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.
    Reference: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353

Step 2: Also, look for error messages in the event viewer. If you find error messages after return the exact error message so that we can help you better.

  • Streaming of Netflix problem with Airport Extreme

Hello, I have netflix streaming problems, I have an Apple Airport Extreme that my main router, the problem is that I can access netflix app or website, I chose the title I want to watch that one and then an error message indicates

    Oops, something went wrong...

    Streaming error

You seem to be using a proxy or a plunger. Please, turn off one of these services and try again. For more information, visit netflix.com/proxy.

IM tried to plug my laptop directly into the ISP's modem and everything works normally on netflix, but when I go to the extreme of the airport something blocks streaming.

I tried to reset to factory settings, but still the same error.

    Please a little help

As you know, Netflix began to crack down on people who use proxy or VPN servers to access Netflix content that is meant to be seen in countries other than their own. I'm not accusing you of doing, but Netflix thinks you are.

It happened always or just started happening recently? So recently, have you made changes to the network?

I assume you are using an Apple AirPort base station that has been designed to operate in your country. Is this correct? If Yes, then the only thing at this point, I can think is to perform a 'factory' reset on your airport base station again and reconfigure your network see if this helps solve the problem. Otherwise, I would suggest that you contact support from Netflix directly to find out how you can get this resolved.

  • Microsoft Silverlight: uninstallation problem

    Hi all
It's the month because I had problems with Microsoft Silverlight, but I cannot solve, because I just ignore them. Now, the guard computer breaks down updated when I start it up and takes a long time before you start.

The thing is that I tried to uninstall Silverlight, but it has not been removed because of an error. Now, if I try to look for the program, it does not, however, update security for Silverlight remains visible, and the system cannot update something about security for Silverlight.

    What should I do?

There is a removal guide in How clean a corrupted Silverlight installation and then reinstalling Silverlight that should help you - it worked for me, some time ago.

When you set & reinstalled, this page contains a Silverlight video, so you can use it as a test - page example Silverlight

  • Download App Smartphones blackBerry Movela Netflix problem

I just changed a Curve 8330 for a Tour 9630 on Verizon. When I re-uploaded the Movela Netflix on App World app, it was installed successfully, however, a second then tried to download. Then, the new download is blocked to 0kbs downloaded. I can only pause and it is impossible to cancel. Thus, he is stuck in my My App World downloads. I proceeded to remove the installed copy by using the Applications menu in advanced options, thinking that the 2nd copy would be if the first did not exist. He has not done that and is still stuck. In addition, I can't try to download another copy to have on my phone. Can you please help me remedy this situation?

Situation is resolved.  Just had to uninstall and reinstall App World.

  • Why wil lfirefox does not allow netflix work on the latest version of silverlight

Looks like fire fox wants older version 5. ? 6 new vs. Silverlight
Netflix works if I look on msn
recent problem - last 4 days
Firefox /netflix.com/watch instantly / get a window asking me to silverlite up date of the last version already installed / work on msn, but not google

Could clarify you something on your question: you have posted using a Windows machine, but your question is in the Firefox OS category for new mobile phones based on the Firefox OS. I think that your question is probably on the Firefox desktop.

6 Silverlight works on other sites, just not Netflix, or it doesn't work in Firefox at all?

  • Update of Silverlight caused black screen on Netflix

Now that I've updated to Silverlight, Netflix work anymore - I just get a black screen.

    • I tried to delete all applications Silverlight plug-ins, etc.
    • There is no plug-ins to remove.
    • I erased from the Recycle Bin, deleted the cookies and update of Safari.
    • I even tried to install an older version of Silverlight without result.

I looked into other online forums and this seems to be fairly widespread, but none of the solutions I found worked. Someone at - it another idea?

  • "There was a problem of signing in." when signing into Netflix

Original title: When Will Microsoft fix support for Netflix in Media Center?

Every time I run the Netflix player of in Windows Vista (32-bit SP2) I am invited to log on to Netflix and presented with an error "there was a problem of signing."

    * I do not install software in beta as IE9 on this computer.  It is running IE8.
    * I have read and followed the tips at: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972496
    * I have not all ASCII characters senior weird in my e-mail address or password
    * I'm back to a March 7, 2011 Restore Point
    * I've uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin from Netflix and Silverlight
    * I deleted my cookies and cache in Internet Explorer
    * I properly connected and watched movies from Netflix through the IE web browser but not WMC
    * I restarted several times

I noticed that several other application vendors had problems with their Netflix viewers around the same time and most of them already corrected.

I performed a network packet capture and noticed Media Center tries to authenticate to the web service of Netflix OAuth and she receives a 503 Service unavailable from Netflix answer.

I called Netflix support and was told to contact Microsoft, because the problem is NOT with the Silverlight Netflix Player component; the problem is with the Microsoft-developed MCML-BASED component.  Support for this issue lies squarely with Netflix AND Microsoft since this is a problem BETWEEN the TWO component MCML-BASED and the Netflix authentication system.

I tried the instructions in the following link, even if it's for Windows 7; It did not help either:
