NETGEAR WN3000RPv2 stuck on a steady amber light

Hi mates,

My netgear WN3000RPv2 worked perfectly until yesterday, but suddenly it has stopped working. I don't see a steady orange light on the power icon. According to manual, this means that it is start but it never chnaged to green until now. I tried to reset to factory settings, but nothing helped. Is there someone who has also been faced with this issue before? Is there someone who can help me solve this problem?

Insert a paperclip into theFactory Resethole and hold the button until the Power LED blinksamber.

Release the button.

All the LEDs go off for about three seconds.

The Power LED lights fixed Orange for about 30 seconds.

The Power LED lights in green. The Extender back to its factory settings.

If the problem persists, it may be a hardware problem. Please contact support

    Earlier, before I clicked on the sleep button on my keyboard and left my computer for awhile.  When I came back, the computer showed a black screen, but he was still awake.  I left alone for a while, but I couldn't get the screen to show so I held the power button.

    It must have been "zapped" somewhere along the way.

    I was confused, because it was the first time that I had met a problem with RAM that I had sent.

  • Battery light is steady amber the Satellite

    Hi all

    I recently had to change my laptop power adapter because it has stopped working. I was able to control the volume of the percentage out of her, and it was almost 0.

    However when I plug the new adapter/charger and turn on the laptop, it keeps permanently turned off as it loads Windows applications. I tried to put on with the battery disconnected, but it flashes the light output for fractions of a second and it remains off.

    The status of lights when the connection from the laptop to the power supply are:
    -Power led: FLASHING WHITE
    -Battery light: AMBER CONSTANT

    Any help with this will be appreciated.

    The indicator of battery flashed amber during the charge process.
    If the battery can be fully charged, the indicator should turn green or blue.

  • Amber light flashing on time capsule

    I just installed and activated a new Xfinity gateway modem.  It is hooked to my Time Capsule airport.  Time successfully Capsule gives me Internet connection, with the cord, Ethernet and Wireless.  It also allows Time Machine on my MBP running towards a job.

    However, my Time Capsule continues to Flash his clear amber, instead of going to the green. He had the green light before the transition to a new modem.

    I tried the power of disconnection and reconnection both the modem and the time Capsule.  My Airport utility confirms it's something wrong, but I know not what, especially given the fact that it seems to work very well.

    Here, I assume that you use a recent operating system like El Capitan, Yosemite, Mavericks, Cougar or Lion on your Mac.

    Open AirPort Utility

    Click on the image of the time Capsule

    In the window that appears, look for the status setting

    Click on the little orange dot there for more information and a suggested fix.

    You can have a "Double NAT" error message there. The solution is to change to a setting time Capsule of 'Off (Mode bridged)' to work with your new 'modem'... which is actually a modem and a router in one package... also called gateway.

    Click on the network at the top of the screen

    Change the setting for the router Mode to read 'Off (Mode bridged) '.

    Click Update at the bottom right of the window to save the changes and allow a minute for the time Capsule again a beautiful bright green light.

    If you're still using OS X (10.6.8), post back to similar but different instructions.

    Orange fixed means that the connection works at 10/100. The flashing orange avtivity link means that the port is an active push/pull and PoE is running.

    The fluctuation of power may be due to a defective mother board and voltage sensor.  I suggest you open the TAC proof and they may decide to replace the blade (mainboard only) for you.
