  Thanks for posting. Have you tried to manually fix the problem. Follow these steps.

  1. Click Start, click run, type regedit, and then click OK.
  2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
     HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBt\Parameters
  1. In the right pane of the registry editor, delete the following values if they are present:
  2. NodeType
  • DhcpNodeType
  1. Note If the NodeType value is present, this value will replace the DhcpNodeType value. If any subkey is present and if no WINS server is configured for the client, the computer uses b-node mode. If at least one WINS server is configured, the computer uses h-node mode.
  2. Exit the registry editor.
  3. Restart the computer.

How can I go on cloning of the HDD to the SSD and installing the SSD on my HP, implementation of the operating system in order to ensure a good performance?   You need a bootable media because you cannot clone Windows player while it is in use. If you start another source (bootable support) leaving the main hard drive passive and quiet, so it can be copied sector to the new clean disk. I explained you start from the Acronis Disk and when the interface is in place you select "utility" and one of them is 'clone disk '. This is how you use the bootable disc in the cloning process.

  As with the post before me you simply remove the MSSD. However, in this case the user would do a clean install. Cloning will be hover over the driver of storage for the SSD controller and will not have to load the RAID driver separately. The way you do it is much easier.  I would like to dissociate the WSSD since the main hard drive using Intel Rapid Storage (disable acceleration), remove the WSSD and start-up of the former hard drive without the WSSD in place one or two times before cloning.

If this does not work then it could be a hardware problem with the screen itself and I recommend you contact HP.   Hey guys. I went to open my laptop yesterday and the power came the keyboard lights but the screen do not have. I was trying to understand if it is a physical problem or a software problem. It turns out that, when I plugged it into another monitor with a HDMI cable, the computer is always on and I can use it. Because it is a touch screen, I tried to use the screen to browse the Internet and it still worked. So, basically, the laptop still works and the screen works (because I can browse the Internet by using a different screen and the touch screen still works), but the screen itself is not lit.   Bought this laptop 30 days ago...  Worked very well.  Get to market.  signed on-screen says something like "Service Manager" not embedded correctly then closed on the black screen.  No matter what I do... all I get... black screen.  Now, it is closed!  Help!

  A very common method of deactivation of the cables is ripping off their either out of the USB connection or the Lightning by pulling the cable itself, rather than the box close to the end of the connector.

  This looks like quite by chance that this relatively unusual problem should happen more than once to you.

  You can try a different USB port on your Mac.  In addition, you can consider buying a new cable if you somehow she had poor handling, in one way other than standing on them, etc.

  BIOS options are not editable, for those who do not help. I did remove the lower cover, reinstall the DIMM modules, and that seems to have solved the problem. Thank you!
