• Photosmart HP 6510 B211a works does not properly after power failure

  Hi guys,.

  I'm new to this forum, but I hope someone can help me.

  I have a HP all in one Photosmart B211a 6510, which worked like a dream, since I had last winter. We had an unexpected outage yesterday however and once the power came back, the printer insists on the fact that there is no ink in the system. I fear the worst and believe that his brain can be somewhat blurred.

  I have two of your ink cartridges replaced last week with genuine HP ones and everything was fine. My ink level is almost low on the other two, but I have not replaced these yet because it is not necessary.

  Once the power came back, the printer informed me that the magenta ink was 'missing or damaged '. I removed the cartridge, cleaned with distilled water and dry. Once replaced, the printer has changed his mind and told me all the ink cartridges are now 'missing or damaged '.   I replaced the cartridge magenta yesterday and my printer works successfully again! Woohoo!

  My father, an electrician, so between us we have come to the conclusion that when the power came back after the crash there was an electric pick or insufficient tension than normal and this has damaged the chip of the nearest power - the magenta cartridge ink.

  All is well again in any case.

• Photoshop CS6 works does not properly on a MAC using Yosemite 10.10.4.

  I've recently updated to Yosemite in MAC OS X 10.6.8. My photoshop CS6 does not work correctly. The quick selection tool work very irregularly. I have to constantly move forward and backward to the selection tool to get to tools to work at all. None of the tools or keyboard shortcuts still work correctly. I uninstalled the Design Standard Suite and reinstalled several times. I also upgraded to the latest upgrades of the applications of this suite of inside Photoshop. I am at a loss. I contacted Adobe and I was told to download a version as a result of Design Standard and install this. I did this and it helps did ' t. Any help would be appreciated. I'm in the middle of a design project and need my Photoshop to run correctly. Other programs Adobe, Acrobat X, CS6 Illustrator and Indesign CS6 seem to work correctly.

• < iframe > works does not properly in IE9

  Hi guys,.

  I designed and developed a website for a client. He asked that we put 3 international clocks that synchronize with our South African time displays the time in 3 other countries. He has actually provided tag < iframe > a site that does this without having to write JavaScripts for clocks and I came down with. I used the < iframe > tags and it works perfectly in browsers on 4/5 that I tested (Firefox 5, Navigator, Safari and Chrome), but for some strange reason it does not work 100% in IE9. It displays the correct time, but the image of the real clock is not rendered. It displays the time under the name digital instead of analog time on an analog clock like on the original site and the other browsers.

  Any of you know if it's just a setting in IE that can be changed or does not recognize the HTML5 < iframe > tags? Any help will be appreciated.

• Paragraph styles works does not properly on the table

  I placed a table created in Word, and then on the application of my paragraph styles.  However, not all my styles work fine.  Specifically my style of Description of the tool which includes a nested style.  The nested style does not follow the rules, given that it is.  The name of the tool should in Helvetica Neue Condensed Medium (in uppercase) while the next Description the en dash should be Helvetica Neue Light Condensed (normal caps).  On the contrary, it seems that the middle is applied randomly in the whole of the description.

  Also, when I apply my style request said I find myself with a lot of pink highlighted text implying that the police is missing when it is clearly not column.  This could be due to the recommended symbol?  Any advice on how to work around these issues?  See the picture below which shows the two questions.

  InDesign. You should be able to clear overrides from the paragraph Styles Panel menu.

  Check for character styles applied, you don't want to, also, if something is still wobbly.

  The only suggestion I can offer regarding the laptop works is not so good is to download and install the drivers for the chipset amd from the link below and restart.

  I just bought the laptop toshiba Toshiba Satellite C55C-C-16f mentioned in the title, and there seems to be something wrong with the WiFi adapter.

  I just have the same problem with my new ray. If I have more than 2 m from the router, the reception is 1 bar. Most often the laptop can't find any network.

• Client VPN works does not properly in windows 7

  I use the latest version of the VPN client in windows 7 for multiple users and each of them have problems, they connect apparently but when trying to access the network internal no navigation link is set up, someone has the same problem, nothing has been published in reclassification microsoft site this issue they claim, it should work perfectly but aparently not.

  I didn't have to resort to this procedure on windows 7 pro 32-bit.

  On a different note, can pass you the traffic to hosts on your internal network by IP address or hostname?  I found a problem using the AnyConnect client - only to not configure the connection profile to indicate to the client that connects to what our internal domain name was... then my clients have not been able to establish connections incoming withougt manually by adding the domain name until the end of the hostname... shot in the dark...

  Basically the links in the emails no longer work. So URL will not activate safari. Have you tried many different emails, have shutdown and restarted the phone. Of course closed the mail application. Nothing gives. Yet, everything works well on my iPad pro, which also runs from 9.3.

  The full version is 9.3 (13E233) on the iPhone.

  Full version on the iPad pro is the same.

  Hello, I had problems even when I went back to 10 Win7... The only way I could make it work just is for the first few newspapers in I had to restart my system rather often. I know that this is not a SOLUTION but is what I did...

  Load Windows 7, let the updates for about 3 minutes... I first tried 8 mins but still many updates. So 3 works for me... I am also connected on wire on a Giga lan with Ultra fast connection to my ISP... So time could vary for you...

  After 3 minutes, I had 20 to 26 update ready to be used. Restart the computer. They worked. Makes about 3 times. ON the 4th time I down load 90 updates to see if it would work. And he did very well. Then after that, I went to look at the missing updates to ensure that they were going to update or had... added some that were OPT... on on the last 50ish and they have all updated very well. But for some reason, if I let all try them and update from the beginning, they would fail. I think it's because they have tried to put in the updates before others will want that needed to be done first...

  I do not work for Microsoft or Acer and it is only first hand from one of my systems. This isn't a fix only my way to make it work.

  So if you have a connection interent fast and no more wireless I would say that for the first time you start your computer just let it run for a few minutes then go to the Start button and restart so you do a little at a time...

• HP Envy 360, model 15-U363CL: Synaptics Clickpad setttings works does not properly in Windows 10

  Synaptics Clickpad v. 19.0.12.95 settings are not saved after Windows 10.  Every time I have stop and restart Win 10, I have to disable "TAPPING" I hate go in the settings of the mouse/clickpad.  Settings have been saved on close and worked well in Win 8.1.  HP needs to come with a new driver.   In the meantime, I guess I might have to go back to 8.1 win?

  Anyone else having this problem?

• Libraries works does not properly after Downgrade to Windows 7 of 10

  Demoted from 10 to 7 through "Go back to Windows 7" in the control panel-> update of the security & -> Recovery Windows 10. Everything seemed successful, having problems with scheduled tasks (but that's another issue, see reference).

  All my libraries are present and at first glance seem to work fine but I was making a few mistakes in some of my apps used regularly when you access files in libraries. So I decided to track down the mystery and I think it's related to the path of the file property - for example, the path begins with something like:

  '\\?\Volume{31BFC97B-09A1-11E3-8C84-806E6F6E6963}\ '.

  I think that this is related as:

  -When I double-click a video (thanks to my video library) my playlist video application (which should list all the videos in the current folder) displays a list of "\".

  -When I try to transfer files (via Teracopy) I get an error message "widepathmax" four times for each file transferred, and despite all the success, it's very annoying and boring. I've disabled Teracopy and tried again to transfer, but native file transfer has not yet shown upward. All works well when do not transfer files using libraries.

  Have you created custom in addition to the default libraries?

  To restore the default libraries, right-click on 'Libraries' and choose ' Restore default libraries.

  You can try to remove one of the custom libraries and create them again and include folders in the libraries manually.

• Windows7 - error msgs & MGP works does not properly after changing drive letter

  I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

  When first, I partitioned my HARD drive, the 2nd logical drive was labeled J:, who was the next available letter after all the optical drives and integrated flash memory readers.

  I prefer to label it D: (to follow immediately from the boot partition which is C :).  I used the functionality of disk management to change the drive letter of the J: to D: (and of course move the rest optical drives and integrated flash memory ready in 1 letter).

  When I run some programs, I get this error message:

  "There is no disk in the drive. Insert a disc into drive \Device\Harddisk4\DR4.

  Options click below this message are "Cancel", "Try again" or "continue".

  Some programs, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Works word processor and spreadsheet, clicking on one of the 3 options will allow the program to operate normally.

  For other programs, such as Windows Live Movie Maker, clicking options will cause a "Drive not ready" message and lead to more problems.  For example, I can not load my existing projects, because I can't get to the screen that allows me to navigate through drives and folders to choose my file.

  I uninstalled and reinstalled the Movie Maker, but the problem is still there.

  Seems to me that it is not the individual programs that are at the origin of the problem, but something in Windows 7 itself.

  How can I get rid of the error messages and get the programs to run normally?  Do I have to edit the registry of Windows 7?  If so, what will exactly be changed?

  Think I found the answer.  Looks like it is a problem of registry after all.  That's what I did:

  (1) go to the start menu.

  (2) execute Regedit by typing "regedit" in the search box and press .

  (3) the search for "J:" in the whole registry.

  (4) when a directory path is starting by 'J' and the pursuit of my familiar subfolder names, I should now start with "D:" instead, I right click on it, choose "Edit" and change the "J" to "D".  (Note: I only change to directory paths that looked familiar to me and I'm sure that should now start with "D:".)  I change all instances of "J:" that were found).

  (5) once this is over, choose 'File', then 'leave '.

  A ran programs that have already given the error message.  No error message comes this time.  Restarted the PC and programs run.  Once again, no error message.  I hope that things stay effortless.
