• My new episodes of the podcast are numbered incorrectly

  My new podcast has only been approved by iTunes this morning. I have a "episode 0" this is something me episode, then I episodes1, 2, and 3. But these two problems:

  -Episode 0 does not at all appear

  -Episode 3 is up, as it should because it is newer, but it is labeled on iTunes as "1", while the episode 1 is on the bottom (as it should be because he's older) but labeled as '3 '.

• Stream Podcast shows of new episodes, but feed validators and subscribed itunes do not update

  Hello everyone, I ran a rather strange problem this morning during the release of my latest podcast episode.  When I publish a new episode, it appears in the flow, but it will not appear in itunes.  I know that there is a delay for the itunes store to show the episode but the episode shows when I check with a subscribed podcast app.

  The last episode is in the RSS feed and as far as I know, everything looks ok:

  But when I look at the flow through a feed validator, it won't show the most recent episode of today.

  While trying to figure out what might be the problem, I tried to put the audio from today in last week's episode (108) and when I go there to play, he continued to play audio from last week even though the RSS feed shows that I put another file in the enclosure.  If for any reason, the stream no is not updated even if it is actually updated.

  I recently published my podcast and my podcast and first episode both published to the store without any problem.  However, I posted my second podcast to my RSS feed yesterday and although he shows to my subscribers, it has not yet posted to the store after 24 hours. I updated my feed with Itunes and validation to check for errors, and everything seems to go well on my end.  Should I be concerned about or will I be impatient?

  When you add a new episode to your stream and download it, it immediately appears for subscribers because their iTunes application reads the stream directly and the store is not involved.

  However, due to the multiplicity of the podcasts in the store (in thousands) the store caches the flow and it checks updates periodically. For this reason, there are usually 1-2 days for new episodes to appear in the store: sometimes it can be lower, and sometimes the whole process seems stuck and it may take several days.

  24 hours is a bit early to be worrying - it will be available for subscribers, it must appear in the store to another day or two. If it doesn't, go to Podcasts Connect, log in, choose your podcast and click 'Refresh Feed'. Give it time - the store can take a day or two to update. If that does not work, contact support and ask for a re-indexing: who can solve it. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click on the link "Contact us" at the bottom of the page.

• Is it just me or is iTunes? New episode does not.

  My podcast has been running for over a year I had several months without a new episode. I loaded a last month and he was quickly resumed. I posted a new episode two days ago at Libsyn, and it still does not show in iTunes. Feed Validator says it's all good. Is the response rate of iTunes just slower than usual lately? All I can do to make my most obvious episode magic machine iTunes?

  Have you clicked on the 'Refresh Feed' option? This can solve it.

  Otherwise, I advise [email protected] and let them know which episode did not show. They should be able to sort it out.

  Looks like some podcasters find their episodes does not show in iTunes, but the support team tends to solve.

  It is not abnormal that hasn't appeared episode 10 - it was published 24 hours ago and it may take 1 to 2 days, sometimes longer, for a new episode to appear. That may or may not be the reason, but should certainly show episode 1. It is in the flow correctly and appears when you subscribe in iTunes. This sort of thing happens sometimes as a glitch in the store, and there is little you can do about it. Most likely he will sort itself the next time the bank checks your feed, so I should give it a few days. If the episodes did not appear by then you could try contact our support, although you won't have a lot of help.

  Contact Support go to https://itunespodcasts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and click on the triangle to the right of the field "Choose a topic" - choose 'Other' and proceed from there.

  Episode 2, released today, shows for subscribers, both in the iTunes Store. You were lucky it as it can normally take 1-2 days for a new episode to appear in the store puts it in cache flows, checking them in some sort of rotation (Subscribers see pretty quickly as their iTunes application reads the stream directly).

  I checked the power supply in Podcasts connect and validated it and says "ready for submission. It validates in CastFeedValidator;

  However when you subscribe to iTunes the main episodes in animal feed, E000 (i.e. only Apple controls) downloaded only to half way and then stopped - although on the subscription again, it worked OK. These strange kinds of glitches happen sometimes, and maybe that's what caused the problem. I should try to submit it again and see what happens. (You do not have to have three episodes in the power - one is enough).

  You were probably on the Beta channel if you updated to 29.0b1 because of you install a beta version of a release at some point. Version builds only update to the new version. Install the Firefox 28.0, you'll return to the output channel.

  Episodes 59 and 60 are displayed when you subscribe in iTunes then the food seems to be OK. There has been problems recently with the store sometimes does not update or be slower than the usual 2 days or more.   1. have you installed the latest drivers for the hard disk, mentioned in the previous post?

  I suggest that you connect the hard drive to another computer to check if it is broken.

  Also check in Device Manager for the status of the hard drive.

• More recent episode not showing in itunes

  The first two episodes of my podcast appeared fine on itunes, but the newest one seems do not introduce themselves! I checked with Wordpress (where I host RSS feeds blog) and I refreshed the stream of Podcast Connect. There is no problem on both ends, no idea why it does not appear?

  It is not really possible to comment unless you do not want to publish the URL of your feed two and the page of the shop - the latter can be found in control-click on the image of podcast (or where it should be) - and choosing "copy link".  Please include http:// in both cases to make clickable links.
