• problem of export FTP?

I have the menu preset drop-down and choose "Save current settings as new preset...". ». I give it a name, say customer 2, enter the new details and click OK. My new preset, Client 2, now appears in the preset. However, if I check the settings on Client 2, they are actually for customer 1. The new details for customer 2 have not been saved.

• Problem change an internal hyperlink to the new destination

  I work with a document (77 pages) created originally to InDesign CS5.5 on a Mac.  I'm now working with her on InDesign CS6 on a Mac OS 10.7.4.

  I need to update the destination of many of the existing hypertext links in the summary document title.

  One of the problems is that the hyperlinks does not show that the document contains all the hyperlinks existing in the links Panel, which is strange.  When I export the document as an interactive PDF, the table of contents is linked to internal pages.

  Here are the steps I took:

  • I pointed out the existing text (hyperlink) in the title of the summary document
  • Choose new hyperlink Destination-> Type-> Page.
  • Select the Page #.
  • Sets the zoom value.
  • Save the document.
  • Export interactive PDF.

  The link does not update to the new page # I selected.

  I don't have the ability to create a new hyperlink, since it is grayed out.

  I exported as an IDML and repeated all the steps.  No difference.

  Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

  If you create a Table of contents using the table of contents function, this operation automatically creates a hyperlink and the destination is defined when the table of contents. These hyperlinks do not show in the hyperlinks Panel, like the links created manually. You will not be able to reallocate the destination in Indesign. The TOC links are visible in Acrobat by selecting the Connector tool, and then modify the destination, but not recommended for the many changes of destination. Where the content has been moved to different pages ID and manual changes to the table of contents, the destinations of these hyperlinks are probably not correct. You can delete all the external hyperlinks and regenerate a table of contents with the new link and created destinations and see if that fixes the problem.

  I have a Cisco PIX (version 6.3 (3)) behind which I have all my ISP customers. I have a web server outside the PIX hosting various web sites on an IP (virtual hosts). People outside the PIX can send via FTP on the web server without any problems. People inside the PIX cannot. We have this problem until I started using virtual servers on the server FTP and assignment of different FTP port numbers for each of the web sites. (We only had a single site on the web server until a few days ago.) I guess it's a problem of PIX because that's the only difference between access to the FTP server for my customers of the ISP with non. So, my question is that I have to open also the new FTP on my PIX port numbers? I already have "fixup protocol ftp 21". I should add similar statements for each of the new higher ports?   I assume by "higher port numbers" are the new ftp servers listening on ports other than the default port 21. If this is the case, then you are quite correct to say you need to add the correction commands more.

  The active way FTP works is that a control connection is established between the client and the server over tcp 21, and then they negotiate a data port. The * server * then initiates a connection to the customer on this port.

  Normally, this isn't a problem for the pix, because he looked at the control connection on port 21 and understood that it was necessary to open a hole for the connection on the new port, but if you do ftp on ports other than 21, you must specify the pix 'look' that port as a ftp control connection so it can then open the firewall for the data connection.

  If you open your file on a different computer than the .muse, it was created, the credentials are deleted automatically.

  Make sure you create the anchor text in the hyperlink Panel > new hyperlink destination > type: anchor text

  I was trying some of the commands "Set-VMHostRoute" and I get a similar thing. If I intentionally create a syntax error I do not get the prompt for comfirmation, so I think that my syntax is correct.  They all seem to have an error on the space just after the initial order and there is no reference to what that it either more be needed in the examples. Any help or reference you can tell me would be appreciated.

  Edit: I had left out the investigation period initially forgetting to put in those just dummy so you can see exactly how I put it in the command. Sorry about that.

  Oops, no not compared correctly with what I got your error message.

  Silly question maybe, since you do not get an error about the missing VMHost, I conclude that you are connected to a host ESX (i) and not a vCenter Server. Fix?

  Is this perhaps an ESXi Server?

  The New-VMHostRoute cmdlet reference indicates that the cmdlet is supported only on vCenter, ESX, ESXi not.

• Need help with RMAN archive destination error during hot backup

  We take the cold daily backup as our backup strategy. We wanted to implement the backup hot. If one day, I turned on the log mode archive and set the directory to archive in F:\drive to store all archived generated. I took the backup and put the database in noarchive log mode. We continued with offline backup.
  
  After a few days, I wanted to test the hot backup again. I created the directory of the archive in E:\archive\ instead of F:\archive\. When I started the hot backup, all files have been copied except the archives.
  
  The error was:

  RMAN is looking for the destination of the journal archive old i.e. 'f:\archive\ '. I don't have the backup of the old archives of destination. I put the new destination to archive E:\archive\ in the initorcl.ora file, rman is always looking for destination F:\archive\.
  
  Please suggest what to do. How can I remove old information from archive of controlfile and say rman, look in the new archives destination i.e. E:\archive\

  Can data recovery backup vms to a location off site via ip and not vcenter? I have a storage server has ftp, samba, nfs and ssh but is not in vcenter, it's a linux bare metal box in another data center. Would be so the pie in the sky data recovery solution makes automatic backups to my server for storage on the internet. And data recovery, I still see a list of all the VMS archived. If I need to restore a backup, I can always do the data recovery. If a transparent way to offsite backups in data recovery.
