  Please try and delete preview Cache.

  It is located in the same folder as the catalog in Lightroom. The name of the cache an extract ends with Previews.LRDATA and should be deleted. Not to be confused with *. LRCAT, which should not be deleted

  Thank you very much for your help, I was told by a friend to the support ring at Kodak who I did it remotely, they got into my computer and solved the problem, still not sure it was good. I was impressed by the response here and it was fixed in five minutes.   My hdmi suddenly stopped working, tried things usual fn + f5 / f8, win + p key, enable / disable lower resolution etc. so decided to factory reset but still pc hdmi does not graphics card.

  tried it on my panasonic usual tv nothing works, tested on samsung tv without result, the pc detects the tv and even sets the audio to my TV but no sound from the tv. tried unplugging tv cable and pc stop feeding and took out the battery for 10 sec, trendy everythign on all together, still does not work.

  You can try the following and link methods under each method for more information on the same and see if one of them solve the problem.

  Method 1: Start the computer in last good known Configuration

   

  1. Remove all floppy disks, CDs and DVDs from your computer and restart your computer.

  Click the button start , click the arrow next to the button lock , then click on restart.

  1. Do one of the following:

  ·         If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears.   As the posts above mention, the problem comes from your drivers.  Crashes BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) are usually caused by bad drivers (manufacturer code) and incorrectly blamed on the operating system. Make sure you have the latest chipset drivers installed with the latest version of the BIOS.

  I suggest you to download and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's Web site.
