my printer does not print after a new router, I configured it but still does not

I have a new router and configured it for my printer a Kodak ESP5250, I did all the things the computer told me to to try to resolve the problem, restart spooler ect, but it still won't print and I'm on my work please help. Thank you

Thank you very much for your help, I was told by a friend to the support ring at Kodak who I did it remotely, they got into my computer and solved the problem, still not sure it was good. I was impressed by the response here and it was fixed in five minutes. So if anyone has a Kodak printer that does not print from the computer, but the impressions of the printer, this is the road to go down. Thanks again for your help.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8600: Officejet Pro 8600 does not print after changing again router

8600 worked fine on wireless for a few years. Have just changed provider of broadband services and installed a new router - I ran the Setup wireless on the 8600 and it tells me 'successful connection' but blue light wireless is disabled and when I try to print from any PC in the local network printer shows as offline. I deleted the settings of the printer to a PC and tried to reinstall, but the printer cannot be found. Next steps?

    Hello

Thanks for the comments.  That is to say that it is not found, because the printer is not connected to the network.

    Here's what we recommend:

    1. replace the default wireless networks.

    This resource will help you:

    Restore the default network printers

    2. We recommend that you use the Auto Connect (AWC) for your printer Wireless HP software installation.

Download and install the FULL features software, this wizard will help you:

  • Printer is no longer detected after installed new router. Tried everything. Help, please!

I have a Photosmart 2575 printer which has worked well for several years.  It has a wired connection to my router.

Recently, I installed a new router (sky fiber hub) and now the HP software (and any other software printer/scanner) are unable to detect the printer on my network.  It's strange, because my desktop (wired network connection) and my laptop (wireless network connection) can see the printer and I can install it using the standard features of windows 7.  I can also browse the built-in web server, so I know for sure that my printer is on my network and accessible.

But despite numerous attempts to make the software HP Solution Center to work I am unable to print/scanning etc from this software.  I tried several different 'fixes' including full level 4 uninstall before reinstalling the software, reset the network settings on the printer, the printer remove everything on the network etc etc but nothing worked.

I tried to use the printing software HP and doctor Scan, but this does not help.

I'm totally perplexed by this apparent lack of connectivity.

    Can anyone help, please PLEASE!

    Alan Phillips

Success in the end, but only after many hours of trawling through forums of HP and Microsoft, and many attempts to make the connection!

But here's a summary of what I did for someone else with this question: -.

    1. I carefully removed all traces of what to do with my PC HP and unplugged the router of network printer.

This requires many "level 4" uninstall to clear all installed previous falied and delete everything in the temporary file later: -.

    1. press the Windows key and the letter R
    2. tap folder
    3. press enter or click OK
    4. open the file 7z
    5 open the util folder
6 open the folder of the ccc
    7. double-click on the Uninstall_L4

2 using the control Panel_Programs and features, uninstall anything left that could be associated with HP

    3. perform a disk cleanup using Start_Accessories_System Tools_Disk cleaning and repeat this for system files

4 Follwing the procedure found on the following link to check that the print queue is working, and that all the dependencies are "launched": -.

    Link to the message

In this thread, there is a sequel of the procedure which requires opening a command prompt in administrator mode and enters the command line carefully

dependent on the spooler of sc config = RPCSS
(Note the space after the = not before)

5 run msconfig.exe on the tab general, click on "selective startup", uncheck "Load Startup items", then on the services tab, hide all microsoft services and unselect all items [remember then to revive and return to a normal startup!]

    6. restart the PC

7 disable Firewall [remember to activate later]

    8. start Internet Explorer (I had previously used Chrome)

9 download AIO software from the HP Web site

    10. run and connect to the printer when you are asked (make a note of the IP address of the printer)

    11. the network printer was not found immediately, to do this, click Advanced and enter the IP address of the printer

12 success - the printer was eventually detected and installed correctly.

  • Connect printer 6800 to new router

I searched all the pages of HP and this forum and that you have not found an answer that works. I have a printer Deskjet 6840 and just had to buy a new router (linksys N750) and cannot connect to the wireless printer.

With this model, I can't use the Setup disk because it's 2 or 3 old Windows OS systems.  I am able to connect the printer to the router via an ethernet cable and access the printer app on my PC screen via the IP address of the printer gives me.  When I try to set up the wireless as it helps me through all the steps. But it still does not connect.

In addition, Yes to the following: the drivers are current, router works with other devices, the SSID and key that I use are correct.

Can someone tell me the steps to do it properly please? If my printer has become obsolete, please break it to me gently.

Sorry so late to respond. Thanks for all the suggestions. They helped indirectly.

Turns out be the encryption mode. Thought they were both on the WPA. But the new router has been set to WPA2. The old 6800 does not WPA2.  Talk about the router crashed down to WPA and devices. We lose the ability of N. But only a last us another few months. So a good workaround solution.

Would be not found if your suggestions is not used me in my printer configurations and router.

    Bravo for sticking with me.

  • Must configure airprint again after a new router

I had some problems with my internet connection, then got a new router to reset my printer to use with the new router. I was finally able to do it after a while but now not able to print from my iPad 2. I created my wireless news on the ipad so that can get online but when I try to print nothing doesn't come out. The printer comes up and I press print and he said: it's printing but then nothing. I have contacted Apple and after waiting a long time chatting with someone that told me there was nothing they could do if I need to contact HP. I have a HP Deskjet 3050 has. Now all of a sudden on the list of approved air mine printers print is not listed anymore. I told the person that I was talking about that I got the new router installed Friday and printed on Thursday. Anyone have any ideas?

    Hello lacevas,

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.  I think that since the replacement of your router that your Deskjet 3050 a printer is not connected to your new wireless network, making it impossible to use your iPad AirPrint service.

I'm sorry that you have received a certain disinformation, your Deskjet 3050 a printer supports AirPrint.  The question is, if you don't have the iPad and not a computer with Windows or Mac operating system, to get the printer connected to your new network you will need to use another method.  @Jon-W explains the alternative method, with the steps, in his post here.

Please let me know how it goes, I want to see you make your printer connected again.

  • Time Capsule missing after installing new router

I recently installed a new wifi router for my home network. Previously, I used only my time capsule to back up data and intend to continue to use it for backups. However, with my new router, I can't find how to access the time capsule to keep backups. I have time capsule directly connected to the router via ethernet and it will still not appear in AirPort Utility or enable Time Machine to find.

    Any suggestions?

    Everything has changed.

With a new router, you have a 'new' network... and the time Capsule is to remember the parameters which it was equipped to work in your 'old' network The time Capsule is lost and he can't find his way.

Reset to return to the default settings Time Capsule

    Connect it to the router

Set up the time again to work with the "new" network Capsule

  • Recently, to make 'No Signal' message, after the new router

I have a new Verizon Fios router, and since then my Apple TV does not work.  The TV keeps giving me the message "No Signal".  This could be a coincidence, and I really need a new HDMI cable?

It is unlikely to be something to do with the router, but exactly the type of question that you get with a poor HDMI cable.

  • Changed routers. Impossible to be re - connect printer HP 6988. Router is a Cisco E2500.

Wi - Fi network includes HP Pavilion dv2700 notebook which is connected wireless for HP 6988 printer. Laptop use Win XP. Old kept router down, then, replaced by Cisco E2500 Wi - Fi. Laptop connected to the new router without any problem, but printer will not connect to the network or respond to the laptop. What should I do to make this work?

    Of course, no problem.

    http://www.HP.com/cgi-bin/hpsupport/index.pl

Start with that. Select the map North America. Then the United States. Click on drivers and software and type the name of your printer and press search. I don't know if you have the version of dt, he looks to the name if you did. If you do not, select it from the list that appears. Then select your operating system from the following list. Finally, you will see the driver-product installation software and you can select the full features software. Download and run that. Keep me updated.

Also, very important, delete all copies of the printer from the Printers folder before new installation.
