• Firefox is not in the new layout, and I wish it were.

  I just installed firefox and I know that most people like the former route with the edit veiw history bookmarks tools and help file, but I liked the new layout with the orange button that says firefox and it was almost primarily as a tab that had all the options and I love this waaayy better, but now firefox is in the former route and I do not. in any case, I can switch to the new?   You get the orange Firefox menu button when the menu bar is hidden.

• Home Page layout option does not work. Home page comes down to Modzilla Firefox Start Page.

  I'm taking a class on dreamweaver and wrote the book we use the default workspace layout options should be Compact or Expanded. I adjusted installed dreamweaver creative cloud and options its showing me are code, design and extract the deafult workspace layout options. Any thoughts? I tried to reset each option, but these names remain. Not sure if this has changed or if I did something wrong during the installation?

  I can't find the page (Insert menu) layout option in DW CC. The page "Changes to the options in the Insert (CC)" says that it should be there. Any suggestions?

• Sorry, but I don't like the new layout

  The new layout looks slick and all, but it is very difficult to follow the discussions. Please fix. I would like to see all the messages and click on see all responses. It seems much harder to navigate the site with these new changes. Am just missing something?

• "new folder" option grayed out

  I was organizing my files photo in year folders and subfolders of months on an external portable 1.5 TB harddrive. I've only used less than 1%, so I have a lot of memory still available. Suddenly my "new folder" option is grayed out. How can I get this working again? (The file is available, but I don't want this kind of file.)

  You format your drive Seagate for a Mac? It is delivered formatted for Windows and if you are wrong in the installation of the software on the drive, it will be read/write until the software stops, then you will be able to read the disc.

  Select the drive, then the get info (cmd - i). See if it says that the format is NTFS. If this is the case, it is formatted for Windows and OS X can only read the drive natively. You can install a third-party software to read and write, but it is apparently not well maintained and seems to fail to update to OS X.

  If this is the case, I would say you move the files to another drive and then format the drive as Mac OS extended (journaled), then move the files back.

  I need to install a rupee font on my computer with windows xp professional with service pack 2, when I go to START > CONTROL PANNEL > folder FONTS, and click FILE > NEW I can't see 'INSTALL NEW FONT' option, instead, I see all the menu options we get when we do a right-click on the desktop or the folder I also tried to copy the file Rupee.TTf into the C:\WINDOWS\FONTS FOLDER, but it also did not work

  To restore the correct commands for the fonts folder, follow these steps:
  a. Click Start and type cmd.exe in the run and press ENTER.
  b. at a command prompt, switch to the Windows folder by typing the following command:
  cd\windows
  NOTE: If Windows is installed in a different folder in the Windows folder, adjust these instructions accordingly.
  c. type the following command and press ENTER:
  attrib + s + r fonts
  d. stop and restart Windows.

• New folder option missing in vista when right click on

  I have vista 32 bit and just replaced my hard drive and reinstalled my OS.

  I was not able to create new folders.  When I right click on the box, and then click New, "desktop folder" is not there.  When I'm in windows Explorer and click on "organize", "new folder" is there, but when I click it, nothing happens.

  I ran sfc/scannow, and he said that he managed to repair some files.  I then rebooted and the problem is still there.
