New portable E460 unable to pair with Bluetooth Microsoft Arc Mouse 4.0

My top model tour is E460 / Type: 20ETA00XSG

Hi all

I've seen a lot of messages with instructions what to do when the bluetooth is not working. I tried everything then maybe someone will offer you something that I have not found.

I have tried to uninstall the default drivers, reboot for him automatically by default install generic drivers, didn't work.

I went on the Intel site to install the latest driver for Win 7 64 bit, does not work either.

I tried to uninstall, reboot, then install the drivers listed for my lap top on the Lenovo driver download page. Does not work too.

The arc blue tooth mouse appears when I try to add a bluetooth device. However, after the installation of auto-pilot which takes place after that I tried to add the mouse, it seems to be no connectivity between my mouse and my lap top.

Please help me. Thank you.

I installed the 'Optional' items in the recommendation to upgrade Lenovo system and now the mouse works. Have no idea why Lenovo listed these items as "Optional", when in fact he was so crucial to solve this problem of bluetooth. Thank you.

If your system is damaged and cannot access the menu system on your computer Recovery Options, you can access it using the Windows 7 installation disc or a system repair disc previously.
To use this method, you need to restart (boot) your computer using the disk.
    a. Insert the disc.

If we are able to boot to the desktop now, I would ask you install the updates one by one andcheck the update is at the origin of the conflict.

  • Unable to connect with the Microsoft account

    Hello

I use the latest version of Skype for linux on Ubuntu 14.0.4 64 bit. The problem is - I can not connect using my account hotmail - everyone else using the computer can. I had change my mobile contacts not on my account hotmail some time ago, if this may be the reason?

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Michael

    Hi all

The solution is very simple and exactly what I suspected. More than a month, I changed my cell phone number and updated my contact information in Microsoft Account. However, it takes them for a month or two to make the changes. Meanwhile user recalls only each time that he or she connects that coordinates are changed (white screen with a warning). On each device using Windows or Android, I was able to use Skype. But it wasn't the case with Ubuntu. Skype, launch, tried desperately to display "white screen" I mentioned, but its ' functionality is limited, so it kept resetting and return to the login screen. I don't know what the problem - Java, Silverlight or what else, but they have to fix it. Microsoft Account is far behind Google, or even Facebook, because of cases like this. Apparently, this isn't a single account for all as in the case of Google or FB.

    IT'S THE SOLUTION, THANKS! ;-)

  • Headset Bluetooth will pair with the laptop. Argh.

I find it quite impossible to pair my Bluetooth BH-01 for my Toshiba headset in Windows 8. I set the camera on the charged pairing mode then the computer to search for devices, and it has always come in white. I tried troubleshooting, to change parameters, whole enchilada, but nothing has worked. Is - this headset simply do not pair with Toshiba laptops? What is Windows 8? I'm completely confused.

    Zealous salvation,

    1. are you able to match other bluetooth devices?

2 have you tried pair the bluetooth device to another computer?

You can check the compatibility of the device to the Windows Compatibility Center.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/compatibility/WIN8/CompatCenter/home

I suggest combine the device with another computer by using bluetooth and check.

If you are unable to pair another bluetooth device, then uninstall and reinstall the drivers of bluetooth on the manufacturer's Web site.

Provide more information so that we can help you.

  • HP ENVY 17 Noteb: bluetooth microsoft mouse will not pair

Unable to pair microsoft sculpt mouse touch (bluetooth)

I tried everything I could find on the web.

Tried the mouse with windows 8 OS and it works well

    Help, please.

HP notebook product number: LW900AV #ABA

Yes, it doesn't have bluetooth on Windows 7 OS

I searched for months to solve the problem of matching with Sculpt Microsoft Touch Mouse (bluetooth) (no dongle) and found the following web page. In fact, a few months ago Microsoft support remote (for 2 hours) in my PC and could not get the mouse running (he had previously worked). The support of Microsoft Tech. concludes that the mouse was not compatible with Windows 7 OS, which I didn't agree or accept.

I looked for a solution for months, without success until very recently.
I found the following web page:

    The poster said:

I tried this suggestion and in gratitude, it worked! The wizard did not find the bluetooth mouse. It paired successfully and worked satisfactorily for the past 2 days... it is after Microsoft tech cannot fix the problem several months ago and I just dropped, until the renewal of my research solution recently.

  • Unable to pair Apple Watch after a reset

My new Apple Watch replacement was paired with my iPhone yesterday after that I received it. This morning it froze (black screen) and I followed the instructions to reset. It was not to find my phone so I unpaired it. Now when I try to pair matching image does not appear, and there is no device listed to allow manual synchronization. I tried to reset my iPhone and watch again, but nothing works.

    Hello

Clarify the status of your watch, as well depending on your watch and your iPhone. For example:

    Watch

Is your watch still operational, but just disconnected?

You always have access to the face of the watch and other functions, but with an icon of disconnected state indicated at the top of the face of the watch at the time display?

Or is it odd - and asks you to choose a language when you turn it on?

    iPhone

In the app shows, go to: Watch My:

-Is your display shows at the top of my watch?

-If you press it, then press the 'i' icon next to your watch on the next screen, the status of the next screen "Matched" above the name of the watch?

    Also

In your question you say "it was not to find my iPhone." Please specify what you mean by that.

  • 6 s iPhone Bluetooth will pair with El Capitan Mac but does not connect

My employers very kindly gave me a brand new MacBook Pro running the most recent version (10.11.4) of Mac OS X.  What finish set up I need to pair my iPhone staff 6 (running iOS 9.3.1) to the computer I want to use MacID to secure my computer when I'm away from him.  While the phone would pair (pairing being initiated by the Mac) it would be briefly apply status 'connected' before going to "not connected".  When I then tried to establish a connection, I received the following message on the iPhone:

    Connection failure

    'MacBook Pro' is not supported

and the only option to close this dialog box click the device forget .

I therefore looked on my personal Mac which had previously been paired with the phone to find that he was is no longer listed in the devices Bluetooth, but when I looked in the settings for MacID running on my Mac it says "Looking for iPhone 6 s.  I tried to re-pair 6s iPhone to my personal machine and had the same results.  When I called in my TI guru we tried with his iPhone 6 (also installed 9.3.1) and had the same results.  As it's been a few months since I used MacID on my computer that I don't know when the link has been broken - after an update iOS or OS X update.  Bluetooth linking to my Apple Watch still works perfectly.  I was unable to try this out with any other Mac, I was looking for one with an older version of Mac OS X.

Everyone is aware of this problem or have an idea for a fix?

    TIA

An iPhone will not pair Bluetooth with a computer (Mac or Windows) for one use other than personal hotspot and it will only do that if the carrier is supported. However, there are a number of things will be using Bluetooth between the computer and the iPhone where the devices are NOT matched. More information in Bluetooth: why can not connect my iPhone or iPad with another iOS device or my computer?

The following link for MacID support site has instructions on how to do the installation. It requires Bluetooth to be turned on in the computer and the iPhone, but the rest of the configuration/connection is done inside the MacID app on each device, not normal Bluetooth pairing as follows: http://macid.co/help/?c=Setup & sc = Pairing % 20A % 20device
