  I doubt that it is a BIOS problem.
  The point is that the speed of the RAM can be lowered and locked by the FSB (front side bus)
  If the FSB supports only 667 Mhz then your RAM 800 Mhz will run only at 667 Mhz

  regged just with this forum I have a problem to upgrade memory.

I got Hynix 512 MB RAM in my laptop and I bought 2 x 1 GB memory Hynix these two are match sticks to the installed memory, but when I installed my laptop wouldn't boot at all.   It is a decision that was made by Apple.  El Capitan is the newest OSX that will support a 2009 MBP.

  This is not uncommon.  My 2006 MBP came with Tiger, but is limited to OSX Snow Leopard.

  Old hardware ends up by becoming obsolete with newer technology.

  As I see you use RAM modules with different specifications. Your problem is certainly of RAM compatibility and you must use the RAM modules with the same specifications.
  According to specification of laptop there are 4 slots of memory and laptop can handle up to 32 GB of RAM.

  The compatible RAM modules are:
  4 GB DDR3L-1600-PA5104U-1M4G
  8 GB DDR3L-1600-PA5104U-1M8G

  Of course, you can use modules from other manufacturers, but please do not use some cheap products. I can recommend the use of Kingston memory modules.
