  Hello

  I am a new user and want to use InDesign for a multi-page text doc (Manual of the software out in format electronic pdf).  I have trouble getting the text of several page, I already have in InDesign. As the doc has very few pictures, my use of InDesign is now any professional appearance with table of contents, text, section headings, index, etc.

  Advice on how best to do an import of several page?  I tried to create a document with multiple pages (as opposed to the book), then creating a new block of text and placing a word of several pages (for example) doc in the framework.  So far, I need place the information a page at a time, which is extremely tedious (over 400 pages in the original).

• My admin user account disappeared when I added a new user and now I don't know how to access or modify my user accounts.

  I have three accounts of users set up and we had to be the administrator account, but it changed to a standard user account and now I'm sunk.  I had changed the original admin user account to a standard user account, and then made a new admin user account.  I did this so I could spy on girl teenager without his knowledge so that I can be sure it is safe online with parental controls.  I used the new admin user account to set up parental controls.  The next morning, when I saw the new user account, he had transformed into a standard account and now I have no admin user account.  A thing pops up to tell me to put a password for admin (have no idea what it is that I've made a new) but in any case there is no place you can type into it if I had to guess even.  Now, I totally don't know what made my daughter and can not change anything with parental control.

• What happened to my old emails? Today thought Tbird that I was a new user and have been asked to set up a new account

  When I started today Tbird, I got a prompt telling me to set up my account. It was as if Tbird never had seen me before. There is no Inbox! So I created my account using my settings, I had recorded in a text file. When I retried my email, only 3 messages have been downloaded and none of my old emails were there, nor any of my files when I save e-mails depending on the subject.

  Then I went to Mozilla to see what was wrong. Apparently others have had it also. But the solution is incredibly complex and I think that I crushed my old preferences file when I recreated my profile. Is there a way to recover my old emails?

With the folder 'see' troubleshooting information, I see Inbox.sbd and 3 files with the extension *.sbd and subfolders with names and those names with an extension *.msf. But I can't get Tbird to see these files. What I am doing wrong?

  EDIT: I've rechecked and my pointing to the right folder badly shot. Instead of going to 'mail.gte.net', Tbird watched a subfolder. I stressed in the correct folder and all reappeared, including my message filters.

  Now, how can I avoid this happening again? Should I just update this profile I made a copy of this morning?

• How can I remove the administrator in users and groups

  I give my MacBook to a family member.  I just upgraded to El Capitan.

  I opened system preferences > users and groups > and added my brother as a new user and administrator.  I was unable to remove me as an administrator, and now I can't stop computer without getting the warning "stop can cause other users connected to this computer to lose unsaved changes."  If I switch to the user the same message appears then try to stop.
