  Without information system, we cannot tell you what exactly is going on. Usuall means what it says - your disks are full or at least not accessible to Photoshop.   I just replaced my 9.5 Raw camera with Camera Raw 9.4, from this page:

  Looking at this error report, looks like Lightroom trying to open a copy of Photoshop on your backup disk.
