• Question of the NEX Time Lapse app with fashion bed and the rising of the Sun.

  NOTE: this problem was first mentioned by me in the other thread about the app of time works do not (a thread "solved").  Wanted to separate this issue in its own thread so I hope this is seen and worked on...

  NEW PROBLEM?  I starts with the NEX - 5R regular automatic mode 'Greens', start the application of time and run in mode 'Sunrise' .  I then begin firing sequence before the sun rises.  It takes about 40mins (I use all the parameters of "sunrise" by default) and when I check the results I see that the exhibition was "locked-in" with the first shot taken.  That means the video created in the device starts properly exposed, gets brighter as the Sun starts to come will then completely saturated white until I see clouds of beautiful Sunrise 'red '!

  What is the way in which the mode of "Sunrise" is supposed to work?  I'm doing something wrong?  I think that with the changes in the brightness of the scene, the camera would be re-meter each image taken on not to bleed the scene as the sun rises.

  Everyone knows this too?

  Moderator: you can report?  (BTW: the Sunset function does the opposite for me also: scene will just completely black too fast as the sun sets.)

  I recently bought a Cyber Shot RX100 II. Spent the extra money for the RX 100 II, to get the wifi and NFC technology. To my surprise, there is no application Playmemories for Windows phone available! Can you please tell me what are the plans to release a Playmemories application for windows mobile?   I'm sorry. We cannot comment on any future plans. Unfortunately play memories Mobile is only available on iOS and Android right now.

• Can I play FDR-x1000v video camera via iOS PlayMemories app?

  I can read them on my wrist LiveView remote, but don't see a way to read a file from camera in the application.

  Maybe I'm missing something basic.

  Any tips?

  I found this buried under settings > camera settings > see in Images from the camera

  It might be more obvious is the playback mode was a selectable mode on the screen of the live image.

  In addition, it would be very useful to hear the sound without having to download the file on the device.

• Cannot connect nex - 6 i-phone 4 s

  I downloaded the playmemories app for my iphone and using the menu of reading on the nex - 6 it does not find the i-phone - what step am I missing?

  Hello DoctorWhoe: I think that rogerrogeratx oriented you in the right direction. When you put the camera in Wi - Fi mode, the camera serves as its own access point. This means that you must temporarily go to the network settings on the iPhone and select the SSID camera. After that the phone syncs with the camera WiFi signal, start the PlayMemories Mobile application. The app should then prompts you to select the camera and allow you to enter then the password is case-sensitive displayed on the LCD screen of the unit.

• Setting up PlayMemories with iPhone?

  Help? I just got my Sony Cybershot DCS-HX30V, and I can't wait to really dive into it. I'm trying to set up sharing my iPhone using the PlayMemories application, given that the wifi feature was a huge sale for me. But I am totally confused on how to put in place. Anyone has any experience and able to guide me through it? The PlayMemories Mobile Web page does not seem to have any good instruction.

  I found the 'View on Smartphone' option on the camera in the playback menu. And I downloaded the PlayMemories app for my phone. The application loads and says "search for the device of shooting of the networking of the terminal and set.» Huh? And the phone says: "pending connection for the smartphone. It works as an access point. »... What now? Help?

• Can PlayMemories control several cameras AS15-HDR?

  I have a pair of Sony HDR-AS15 cameras that I use to record stereoscopic images. I have so far lacked an Android/iOS device that I could use to control the cameras on WiFi, so I could not test, but I can buy one in the near future just for that purpose. I was wondering if anyone else here has tried this?

  So the question is: can you simultaneously connect and control more than one HDR-AS15 camera via the PlayMemories application?

  If not, can we at least pair / register with more than one camera, one at a time?

  After starting PlayMemories app you get on the start screen where app scans for devices and you can choose from the list on which you connect.
  If you can only connect to one device. You would need 2 smartphones for control 2 cameras.

  One of the NEX cameras slowed good video? I have the original NEX-3, love it! ... but I'm looking to upgrade from NEX-6. I really want to be able to shoot, nice, clearly slowed video. If the iPhone 5 there... I think that the NEX series should too! ;-)

  slow movement in computer science? How? If no recording camera with 50/60 frames/second and poor idle need 250-300 FPS - there is not enough executives. If slow down you the film, you'll see markets - separate frames.

  I think that the NEX camera could buffering about 250-300 FPS in short records, you must add the firmware option SM.

• SONY RX100 II range bracketing (M2)

  I want to buy the new M2 RX100 when available... However have a concern about the range. I understand that the camera will support 1/3 EV, EV 2/3 and 1? Does this mean that it will take only one stop Photo 1/3 above inhalers stop and lower 1/3 stop inhalers? (also the same for the 2/3 EV?)

  I have a NEX-7 which started like that and a software upgrade fixed the range and can now do + 1, 0 and -! (maybe even 2, I forgot). If these cameras are intended for us enthusiasts, we want to use for HDR and stop these ranges are useless! If they do an upgrade for the NEX series, why make a new camera again WITHOUT him?   I checked that the DSC-RX100M2 takes 3 pictures steps 1/3 or 2/3 outside your game of EV bracketing mode. Although there is in fact no possibility to use a wider range of EV, the camera has a mode whare HDR merges three images automatically to a difference of up to 6 EV stops. This is a good feature that you can use if you want to create HDR images.

• NFC connect A7r Sony Z, keep the DIRECT connection

  NFC connect A7r to Sony Z,

  Connecting the A7r via WPS to my Access Point is easy (PlayMemories APPS updates) and Sony Z AP...

  BUT the connection the A7r NFC and Sony Z looks "Clunky" (too many button pushes. and he DOES NOT.)

  I want to do is KEEP the connection beteen the A7r and Sony Z... Then

  When I shoot, choose which photos to the smartphone (pressing the Fn button in review)...  It comes automatically if POSTER on the Smartphone in VGA size ONLY, FULL screen.

  * It is so someone with my phone can simply DISPLAY the photos, (FULL SCREEN), only one of the I want to see... As I draw.

  I would also like the Sony Z to automatically send a copy of it on my site PlayMemories.   VGA JPG only.

  All new photos taken off the coast of the Z and downloaded off the A7r shots.

  Unfortunately you can not do with NFC. The way this works is as a "bundle" of data straight from point A to point B. There is no way to keep it continues as a bluetooth connection.

  A work around would be to install the PlayMemories Online application and then connect your camera into wifi... take a photo, do autosync to the cloud, and then have your phone autosync in the cloud so you get a copy.

  Because I don't have a sony Z, I have to ask, can you put your phone in mode 'hotspot '?

  SMS can be seen in the series bb app and your manager, but you cannot change it in the Inbox of the sms app device...

  Use 0 for incoming sms Manager port.

• Sony NEX-6 - problem witn icon Apps PlayMemories on camera

  When I try to go into the application PlayMemories camera Apps all I get is an exclamation point and a message saying Set zone/Date/Time. But the thing is that its already put upward. I already enter the field, the date and time when I turned on the camera for the first time, and the settings are still there.

  Same thing happens when I chosse the Introduction of the app and click on Service availability.

  My device connects to the internet without problem through my router. The problem comes when you try to upload a photo on facebook. After entering my username and password and clicking log (I don't see a succesfull to logon in the URL), the browser suddenly closes and I get a message saying: could not connect to the network.

  Same thing with the PlayMemories Online inside the app to download directly.

  I run about 60 miles per week and I plan to change my Garmin Forerunner 620 for a series 2. However, it would be totally useless to me if the watch does not intermediaries, as many of my workouts are pretty accurate. So, is it possible for me to intermediaries on the watch, and when looking at the splits also see the GPS info and heart rate for the said stock split?
