  1. In the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
  2. On the view menu, choose the speech.

  4.   I'm having a weird behavior with the right shift key and the numeric keypad. This happens when you use view 4 with PCoIP. When you use RDP to connect to a system and using the console in vSphere.
