No audio in order

Greetings,

I created a project where I imported audio which came from a tie in a Zoom microphone and video microphone (which came from a digital SLR camera that also records audio). I have sync'd up all the audio and video data and asked that sequence "Footage compile. Now, I want to create a new sequence and place the image sequence compile inside so I can cut down in various places. When I do, no audio comes. Only the video is included. The settings for the new sequence appear to include audio.

Any ideas?

This is because the ogg-vorbis encoded file is not present on the server at the specified location

  • How to get the audio audio M4a MP3

How can I change my audio audio M4a to MP3

    Hi Wilson-tug,

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I understand you are trying to change the audio M4a to MP3 audio, in order to quickly provide a solution, please respond to this question.

Using Windows Media Player or a third party Media Player?

If you use Windows Media Player and try to change the M4a to MP3 format, you can use your favorite search engine to look for a third-party converter that can convert the file to MP3 format.

Note: Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

  • Marker placement stops audio playback in 2015 CC

I used CC (not 2014) before moving to 2015. I'm on Windows 7

Because that I often place markers while you listen to the audio, in order to identify the specific rhythms and moments, my workflow slowed considerably due to the fact that place a marker causes the audio to stop playing.

I press (.) to start audio playback (which is much slower to start in 2015 CC for some reason any and then I try to press (*) several times during audio playback to set markers in some rhythms music.) When I press (*) the first time, the audio stops, but the cursor continues to scroll the timeline panel.

Anyway I can fix this or circumvent it somehow? It is absolutely crucial that I am able to place markers during audio playback.

The update of the corrections after effects CC 2015 (13.5.1) is available, which corrects this problem: http://adobe.ly/1Il5JYe

  • Major audio problem with merged Clips

Try this once again, having a major problem since update works with merged clips.  I merge all my video and audio clips into a project of prior work flow in first pro.  I'll be shooting my images, tagged and synchronized in the project.

Because the first does not have more than 1 project open at the same time, I copied the files, closed before workflow project and opened my feature film project that I worked for.  Copied clips merged bin, I click on a clip, video plays well, but there is no audio playback.

I try to import the project files of prior workflows by using the import project feature, keep that real merged clips (like the rest of my project is this way) still no sound.  I cleaned my cache of media, reset preferences, even uninstalled first and redownloaded.  Problem persists.

Can you help me understand what the question is whether I can go back to making progress on this feature of finishing project?

Here's my workflow and no problems so far.  I do it this way because I found after all files in the project was originally crash constantly when I was working.  I have a new I7' processor IMac with 24 GB of RAM.  And since the first does not allow to open multiple projects at the same time (wish it would change.  Avid and FCP both allowed several projects) that I have to do things this way.

    Before workflow project file

Label all the video and Audio files to match the scene #' / takes

The value in points on all the video and audio in order to reflect the slate

    Merge Clips

    Functional project file

Import only Clips merged into Project.  Import or copy/paste

Now, I did this workflow from the beginning about.  Removing all the source video and all the audio clips of my work project remain while my bins containing my merged clips.  Had no problem and edit has been smooth.  Did a day pickup last week, followed the same steps as I did in the past, imported clips merged into my work project and clips have audio, set to none by default.  Now, once I'm in the sequence I can manually set and this is, but I can't read the audio data in the source monitor, which is how to change, there is no reason, I should have to go back in the manner of the crappy editing with FCP copy and paste from a sequence.

Able to repro.  Bug was noted.

  • What code to replace Quicktime?

I have an iWeb constructed Web site. http://www.YourSkiCoach.com

But the videos are inserted for the most part using Quicktime which is interrupted, it seems.

    They appear like this http://www.yourskicoach.com/glossary/SkiGlossary/Pivoting.html

What code I would want to do a search and replace in Dreamweaver to replace the Quicktime plugin with a youtube embed code?

    Thank you

    Janis

The method of QuickTime no longer works in some browsers, especially on Apple computers, like the Quicktime player is not supported by default. The HTML5 player should be used instead. Unfortunately some older browsers do not recognize. The player is simpler and not configurable. The code for audio is:

    < audio controls = "orders" source src = "audio.mp3" type = "audio/mpeg" > "

Your browser does not support the HTML5 audio element.

    < / audio >

    The video player code is

    < video width = "320" height = "240" controls >

    < src = "source movie.mp4' type =" video/mp4">"

    < src = "source movie.ogg' type =" video/ogg">"

Your browser does not support the video tag.

    < / video >

(Of course, you don't have to provide two versions, this is just a demonstration script). The URL to the media file assumes that it is in the same folder as the page, otherwise a more complete URL is obviously necessary. The line "your browser does not support...". ' is for display in the case of older browsers that don't support HTML5 - it will not appear in browsers that do.

Unfortunately, different browsers display output in different ways. With the drive audio Safari does not provide a progress bar; and unlike the player QT player width cannot be configured - for example if you try to fit exactly under a picture. However it should work in most cases - same Safari in Snow Leopard will manage, although I can't answer for what earlier either. I have not tested the video player, but it should work OK in all modern browsers.

  • How priviledge 'noise' over the sounds of "tonal"?

    Hi all

I want to priviledge noise (like breathing) on the audio content (e.g. humming or singing) in a track. Basically, I want to filter the audio in order to have, if possible, than the noise signal and not of its 'tonal '.

Is this possible with reliability? Any suggestions on a filter and settings to use?

The audio track that I use is a professional recording of a performance of the vocal ensemble (8-10 people) on stage (a church).

I have only the basics in Adobe Audition, any help is useful!

    Thank you!

    Stefan

Well, I watched/listened to, and for me, the answer seems pretty obvious. What you need to do, it is view spectral helps isolate the last rest of tonal, then remove them. Now I think it should be relatively easy to do, as they will stand out a bit by being short horizontal lines into something that will be varying amounts of breathing 'noise' with no tonal components at all. When you can see them, they should be relatively easy to paint outside.

However, this work would be one) easier and b) almost certainly more effective if it was made using iZotope RX5. This is not to denigrate the hearing the least - it's just that this kind of treatment is what RX5 was specifically designed to do, and it has other tools that make the spectral editing work spectacularly well!

  • Play a sound to a page with MP3s

    Hi all

I have problems with playback of MP3s from a Web page. I'm working on a Web page showing the names indigenous nyungar for items and a link to an audio file for the pronunciation of the word.

    I have the following choices:

    1. download as a media - streaming mp3 download

Disadvantage is that a new Web page to read the article, and I want the user to hear the audio file and stay on the web page. I got to chat and they said that the downloading of media requires its own Web page to play, so you can only choose to open in target _blank or replace the current Web page. This is not a good user experience for my client.

2 embed the audio file with this code:

    < embed height = "50" width = "100" src = "soundfile.mp3" >

    < object height = "50" width = "100" data = "soundfile.mp3" > < / object >

Downside, reads the audio file as soon as the page loads and I want the user to click the sound file to play when they choose to hear it.

3 HTML 5 code as follows:

    < audio controls = "orders" >

    < src = "source Song1.ogg" type = "audio/ogg" / > "

    < src = "source Song1.mp3" type = "audio/mp3" / > "

Your browser does not support the audio tag.

    < / audio >

Will play a sound at the same time, but has a large image of a sound control panel. I also download each mp3 AND Ogg format audio file, such as Firefox reads only the ogg files using this code HTML5.

I also found jplayer but it is HTML5 as well and also need the mp3 and ogg files.

If anyone has any other suggestions to play sounds from Web pages?

    Thank you very much

    Mary

Hi Mary, the good news on playback of mp3s with SoundManager 2 is that you don't need all the audio formats as you would if you just use HTML5 audio.

SoundManager can tell if your browser does not support the mp3 (like Firefox) and will substitute for a Flash Player to play the file in these browsers.  If OGG conversion is not that attractive, then don't.

Here is an article titled great by the developer of the SoundManager 2 on the oddities of the audio on the web: http://24ways.org/2010/the-state-of-html5-audio/

I think that SoundManager 2 is the best way to get the most flexible mp3 player without having to convert audio files in ogg.  It is quite easy to make links to the MP3 files online players:

    1. Download SoundManager and unzip and publish your Site of BC (it's usually in a folder called "soundmanager2")
    2. Update your link (A) items to include the class "sm2_link" to the CSS file in the next step to apply styles to your link.
    3. If your links are linking directly to a .mp3 file, then you are done with the markup, but if you use the module of literature to view links mp3 then you need to add an extra class to your links called "inline-playable.
    4. Download this CSS stylesheet for your players online style and upload it to your site and reference it in the HEAD of your page or template in British Colombia.
    5. In the HEAD of your page or your model includes the script reference in the soundmanager file:
    6. Download this script creates the online players from your markup.  Reference this script after the reference soundmanager we created above in the HEAD of your page or model.
    7. If you want to try to work around a Flash blocker in case it uses a flash drive to play your audio file then just download and reference the CSS file in the HEAD of your doc as well.

You should be all set after these steps. If all goes well a time or two, perhaps to everything you need to set up and test it.

  • How to burn audio files to CD in custom order

Is there a recording program that will allow me to file record music, 'coded' and not in alphabetical order? I can record them scrambled, but when they play, they play in order A to Z... This is the way that they wrap the disk...

    Thanx

Do you mean burn CDs? Which program do you use to burn CDs, and you burn them as data CDs containing MP3 files? This would explain why the custom order is lost.

To retain the custom order, make sure you're burning real audio CD instead of data CD.

  • Sort order for multi-CD audio books

Hello world. I read through some past discussions on the sorting of tracks and albums and have not been able to solve my problem. I have a 12 CD Audiobook; each CD has 99 tracks (ugh). All are taken from my computer and copied on a 8 GB MicroSDHC card. Sorry for the long post; hoping to capture as much detail as possible. My OS is Win XP. It is a rocket 4 GB with the troublesome file stored on 8 GB MicroSDHC card. Rocket is set to MTP and I moved the files via Windows Explorer... trained on my hard drive to the SDHC card (I did this twice; once while he was in the rocket and once while it is in the card reader).

    I used MP3Tag as follows:

    • File name AND title are on: book title disc 01 track 01, sequential numbering up to book title 01 99 of track record. Then we begin with the title of the book disc 02 track 01, etc all the way as a book drive 12 track 99
    • In MP3Tag, I used the Auto numbering Assistant to number the headings, including leading zeros, as 0001/1188 (this change has been made while the card was in the "rocket"; the first passage to the numbering on the hard disk, added only one zero, and I thought that could be the problem, so I ran the wiz autodial again while the card was in the "rocket").
    • Contributing artist, artist and Album name are the SAME (no drive included number) for each 12 discs... use MP3Tag to achieve
    • Removed the YEAR and the DISCNUMBER using MP3Tag.
    • All tracks are marked by the kind of AUDIO book (again using MP3Tag). They appear in the correct order on the hard drive of my computer, and read the SD via Windows Explorer, they appear in the correct order. However, when I browse audio books on my rocket, the sort order is out of whack. Systematically, it starts with title of book disc 11 track 11, is moving forward to drive 12, 99 of track, then disc 01, track 01. The rest seems to be in the right order.
    • Shots from the top of the window of MP3Tag, the file (in order) as the "rocket" 'sees' the first track (1001 to follow in the order, so it is important) screen my choices of dialogue can be seen here:

Other audio books are marked in this way and appear in the correct order... but none of the others has more than 9 discs. Thanks for all the ideas. It drives me crazy! : PEI

Just an update... as suggested by miltst, I made some changes on the base (on my HD) and then copied to the SD card files. The only changes I made were to change the numbering DO NOT track to track the total number of titles; I even added zeros. Once I moved their map SD, the sort order is correct. Hooray! Don't know what did - change the HD or changing the numbering of the beaches, but whatever it is, it works.

    Thank you!

    Hello

1 are you referring to the sound recorder program in Windows?

    2. you have all the music you want to convert to WAV?

3 are you referring to the "Sound Converter" when you say 'tape recorder '?

If so, you can use third party software to convert WMA to WAV audio format.
