  If this is the case then under settings, there will be an option to enable editing for content you will need to check.

  If this isn't the case, then the person who built the site you put authorized role which has no access to certain things, you can see that if you can go into the settings and roles and change it OR contact this person to give access you.

  I don't see that the error and all style sheets seem to load.

  Reload Web pages, and ignore the cache.

  • Hold SHIFT and click reload.
  • Press 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Ctrl + Shift + R' (Windows, Linux)
  • Press 'Cmd + Shift + R' (MAC)

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > advanced > network > storage (Cache) offline: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  I just figured out how to make this clickable link, once the link is on the body of the message (in black) all I had to do was press the "enter" key and automatically got highlighted in blue and underlined.

I tried using the elements of text before and after the text of the elements of < /a > and < a href = but for some reason it wasn't.   OK,... so I was thinking about it too hard. Since I have the url inside an actual table, I can question her table. The following query worked well for me
