  I created a form on our file server when users open the form, fill out and submit via e-mail on the form button. The form is then sent to a specific mailbox.

  We used to allow users to record in the form and it worked well. The problem is users are saving on the original form so when the next person opens the form isn't empty.

  Is there a way to always send the PDF by e-mail but not allow users to save more than the original form? I tried commissioned the form which does not allow users to save data in the form, but now it will not email when they click the submit button.

  Please help if you can.

  Try resetting your network settings. Settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Then perform a forced reboot.   I tried to install XP in my laptop ASUS PRO31jr which currently has Vista Home Premium installed.  I updated the BIOS first and changed the boot on CD/DVD order.  Disk load bunch of drivers, then when it gets to the installation, said he cannot find a previous version of windows installed on the computer and calls for an XP Home edition (full version), or a CD of XP Professional (full version).  The CD I have is XP Professional Academic Edition version 2002.  RHE booklet supplied with the disc seems to indicate that this is the full version, and I successfully used to clean install on XP.  Is the drive of my problem?  I would appreciate a difinative answer if anybody out there knows for sure.  Goodwich.

  If the message "Setup cannot find a previous version of Windows installed on the computer", you have an upgrade version that requires Windows XP Home Edition installation.

  When the prompt displays your user name and password, enter your full email address and the password used to connect to it. An example would be:

  When the Windows Mail prompt appears asking my login information, I would like to join:

  USER name: * e-mail address is removed from the privacy *.

  I have windows vista.  I wonder about the windows Messaging.  I've always been able to retrieve my emails, but all of a sudden, this has changed.  I watch Download emails in windows mail, then all of a sudden all new mails are gone.  I can't find them in any other folder is to say deleted, junk or anitspam.  I guess I have some kind of virus that steals my emails but I log 2 accounts for my computer and the other works well.  I have mcafee and have disabled my email scanning to see if that's the problem.  I don't know what to do.

  In addition, McAfee is known to generate serious problems of WinMail.  See point 3 here: www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 I uninstall it and get something less invasive such as Microsoft Security Essentials (free).  Then you might try to remove the e-mail account (it won't delete the messages) and then closing WinMail and then run the repair of my Windows Mail utility (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) feature and then open WinMail and add your account back once again.
