  As far as I know it is not possible to buy unique key caps. What you can do is to buy an old and already used keyboard on eBay and take the CAP key to your keyboard.

  so I was cleaning my laptop Toshiba, last week and after accidentally on the touch keys it started my computer, I thought nothing of it because it s happened before, but for some reason, the buttons have now broken and is no longer reacts to the touch and so they are now constantly switched on, it's embarrassing on several levels 1 was that it drains a lot on the battery, the light, he puts off tension during the night is very annoying and especially I can't turn off cos t work, they won, so I can no longer use the touch keys

  I recently tried to reduce the brightness of my screen, bur after pressing the FN key, no icons - no option appeared. I tried the system restore; did not help.
  Looked at control panel - Toshiba help, clicked on the "accessibility" icon (because there are image FN on it) and has shown the error message: "this system cannot use Toshiba Accessibility.

  I wonder why it should not all of a sudden. I looked for a relevant software or a driver on the Support from Toshiba web page; without success. Please help me solve the problem. I got Toshiba Satellite P300-1 c 8, windows Vista 32-bit. Thank you.

  Check please if the Flash cards feature is disabled in the settings of Flash Cards.
  You can find under the menu START > all programs > Toshiba > utilities.

  I m using the WinAmp instead of Windows Media Player and the CD/DVD button works with Winamp. I want to say I can run Winamp by pressing this button, but I can't use the game, break, buttons forward in WinAmp.
  I think that it is not possible also with ITunes I've never tested, but it seems that it s not configurable.

  I have a problem with the regular and digital enter key. In Adobe InDesign regular type is used for the paragraph return and numeric enter for senior or page/column/pause. Then... on my Satellite P300 eith a NumLock on both enter key enter key digital work, so there is no return of old Parahraph aircraft.

  And with NumLock ON numeric enter key still functions as digital input and regular key enter key doesn't work at all. Any ideas?

  If this does not work, then you should get an ASP (authorized service provider) to take a look.
  I remember reading somewhere that they can use a utility to set the screen size of 17 "which corrects the problems of numeric keypad. However, this utility is available for ASP.

  Firstly the Toshiba recovery image is already enabled and you don t need this key more activations.

  Second, it's an OEM key and it will not work with other versions of Vista!

  As far as I know, you can not solve simple buttons. You can remove the key caps but I put that this problem is related to the plug defective or similar then it seems that you need to replace the keyboard.

  I have two problems with my Toshiba Satellite P300 19N.

  First of all, a few months ago, my touchpad became completely unresponsive. I had not installed or changed something important that day. It has just stopped working while I was using the laptop. Both the buttons and the actual pad do not work. I bought a USB mouse as a temporary stopgap, but I want the problem to be resolved. Anyone have any ideas on what could be the cause and possible solutions.

  This week, the media hot keys above the keyboard (next to the power switch) has stopped working. I wiped them with a cloth dry because the cell phone was dusty and the play/pause button lights but nothing happened. Now, none of the shortcut keys are sensitive and the play button stays on, even when the laptop is turned off and unplugged.

  If anyone has any advice on hw to solve these two problems, I would be extremely grateful.

  I recently bought a Satellite P300 - 18 M, from an independent retailer with no return policy. good on the PC is a brand new, sealed, etc and I get the Toshiba standard warranty.
  When I do the initial installation I received a message all in settng upward of Windows Vista Home "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error." Windows Setup cannot continue. To install windows click on 'OK' to restart the computer announced then rstart installation. »
  I tried a few times more full-time catering and the third HARD drive it installed, but...
