  This is not normal. Sounds like something that is triggered by the custom code added to the HTML page or by a third party widget, but it's totally impossible to say without the URL of the page.

  I'm trying to integrate my application with the blackberry messaging platform. for this I use the SDK of BBM. I use a custom desktop to display messages. This screen contains a BasicReplyFieldManager defined as the State of the screen and a BasicMessageListManager that is added as a child of the live screen.   found the answear. It had nothing to do with the BBM SDK classes.

  I turns out I have outweigh the makeMenu method in the class of the screen and there I called menu.deleteAll. Once I removed this line everything was ok.

  I had this same problem. That's what I did which appeared to fix (not sure if that fix or if it sets just itself). I ran the mcupdate.exe file located in the C:\windows\ehome\ directory (or some windows player is on). Yet once again, I'm not sure if this corrects the problem, or if it randomly determines.
